The UPS Store

Purchasing materials from this UPS Store can be pretty expensive, so I only go here from time to time, to return packages that have had their postage pre-​paid. Zappos returns, mostly (why are my feet still growing?)
This place is close to where I work, and it’s convenient. I’ll often pull in to their small parking lot at 8:45am, and there’s usually no one there but the employee behind the counter. Today, there were a couple of other customers, but the employee saw that I had a box that was all set (shipping label already affixed). She asked if I was going to need anything else. I wasn’t, so she had me just leave it on the counter, and out I went.
It’s clean enough, but every time I’m there, the area behind the counter always seems to be in disarray.

Went in to buy a box to ship some taillights. I had done a good bit of business throughout the years here. I walked in with my own stuff to package. I do them a favor by letting a couple people go ahead with short transactions. I start to put the box together and the Indian lady working just starts help maybe since I just did them a customer service favor. She told me the cost of the box and the shipping then I get a total of $ 77 and change. Added in was a $ 16.50 store packing fee. I went in with my own supplies tape and such. I expected to buy some packing peanuts I figured she charge me for that. I didn’t ask her to package it. I asked for a box. Shes never said there was a charge and she didn’t give me a price on that but everything else. Enjoy or $ 16.50 I will never be back there again or any UPS Store for that matter. What a sham. Next time your other customers can wait and ill finish what I set off to do when I got there.
