This office is awesome and has amazing staff! Every person working there is friendly, and they truly care about you! Dr. Baer is the best doctor I have had, and has delivered all 3 of my children!!! Even though she is in billing Bernadette has also been very kind when dealing with me and my finances, and explained very well how my insurance works so there was no confusion! !! Love this office they have a great team!

I find the wait time is reasonable and dr. Stowe-​Quain is professional, informative and very personable. Never had a billing issue and when I need to get in contact with the receptionist, I’ve always been able to with no problem.

Terrible place to go! We left their care after only handful of visits and wound up driving 2 hours each way to be at a much better supportive Ob-​Gyn/​midwife clinic in denver.
The docs at the colorado springs Ob-​Gyn dont support what the Mothers to be birth wishes are, and their billing is a nightmare!!!
At only 8 weeks pregnant in our first visit my wife was pretty much laughed at when she said she wanted a natural birth with no pain killers, and the doc said «We’ll see how that goes!» with a very negative snicker!!!
Now 5 months after our daughter was born, one of our bills was sent to collections but I never even recieved the bill in the first place. I made payments every time my wife and I went in to stay current and at one point they even had me prepaying them! I have tried to contact them on 3 separate occasions leaving 2 messages and having a lady personally give the accountant a message (at least that’s what I’m told she did) just to get a 5 minute explanation of what I owe them for and they refuse to call back or even explain the bill that wasn’t paid… that I never recieved in the first place!!! Any other company that is owed money is usually happy to at least have the decency to call the person back that owes them money and explain a bill that wasn’t recieved. In my opinion don’t wast your time and money here… its worth going to Denver for REAL SUPPORT, and proper explanation billing.

This place is fantastic. The doctors are some of the best people & clinicians I have ever met. They are very attentive and are true advocates for their patients.
