I had a French mushroom omelette for a Saturday lunch. It was head and shoulder above the best omelette ever. The mushroom filling was prepared in a wine sauce that had great flavor without overwhelming the flavor of the eggs. I topped it off with a café au lait which was also well prepared. My wife had the creamy mushroom soup. It was distinctly different from the filling in the omelette. It was very tasty also. This was at the bistro which has a distinctly different atmosphere from their bakery/bistro.
