Been in here once for something for the front door. My keys were getting stuck in the lock. I found the employees were a bit scattered but once I found one I was blown away by knowledgeable and polite they were. The store is very clean and organized. This is probably my favorite Lowe’s store location in the Springs.

I went to look at bathroom sinks, counters and fixtures. I have three bathrooms and so I am looking at spending a lot when I am ready to remodel them. I guess I won’t spend my money at Lowes because after 30+ minutes in the sink department, we never saw a salesperson! We were curious about s special deal on installation so we tracked down a very helpful employee, Andre, but it was not his dept so he couldn’t help. He made an effort twice to page staff, but we were fed up by then, so we left. The display for shower doors was broken and when I tried to look at it, a glass door came off the display and almost fell on me. I had to prop it up to safely walk away. The prices I saw were nearly double Of Home Depot. On my way out, I mentioned at the customer service desk that we could not get any help but the staff person there didn’t seem concerned and said it was because of the snow. It was a cold dreary day but snow was less than an inch or two. Not going back.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff and clean store. Everything else is the same as most Lowes. This is the busiest Lowes store in town so many of the clearance items that do not sell in the other COS stores are sold at this store, look for those deals. it is very crowded on the weekends.

Stuff… lots and lots of stuff. Just as you would expect from the home improvement specialists at Lowe’s. Not Mich to rave about. But solid. Heard some less than favorable things about their Kobalt tool warranty policy so I’ll stick with Craftsman.

Went 15 minutes over on my 75 minute van rental and they didn’t charge me the additional 10 for the next hour. Woot!

UPDATE 6÷30÷2014.
The returns and internet order pickups are now QUICK! There is some wait but not the horrible 30 minute waits I had before. They appear to be better staffed at the main customer service desk as of June 2014.

This location is really understaffed.
If you want help finding something, don’t WAIT for somebody to notice you. Just go grab someone and they will help you. They have those blue shirts and red vests, and they are easy to find. THAT is not the problem with this store.
The problem with this store is that it takes a VERY long time to return anything or do ANYTHING at the main customer service desk. Especially Saturdays! ONE person doing Returns and exchanges + Answering phones, doing all other customer service desk requests? Why are all the other employees wandering the halls doing nothing? Makes for very very slow service. That one employee paged for help multiple times but nobody came. Was it a fluke? I don’t know it happened all 3 times I returned something.
The only time you’ll get immediate help is if you shop at 9:30pm. There was only one person working that desk BUT I was the only person in the store so I got taken care of immediately.
On the upside, if you just want to buy something and you know where it is, you can just grab it and pay at the self checkout. Easy and fast.
Oh and the Kobalt Tools Lifetime warranty is confusing here. The customer service desk person asked me to take that broken tool to the «people working the tool area» and the guy at the tool area told me to go to the customer service desk. Instead of wasting my time I just walked out of the store. I will try again later when different people are working those areas.

It’s a Lowes, like the other Lowes I rated. Clean, organized, lotsa building supplies, tools, and the ocassional employee that may or may not have a clue or be able to answer your question. Research what you are trying to do, and what youll need before you go there. Don’t walk in like a noob, or you’ll buy crap you can’t use or don’t need, and you’ll make a mess.

Hardware stores give me anxiety issues and I feel like I have no business being in them. But I needed some keys made and it’s close to home so it happened. Took a little while to get anyone at the key counter, but once he arrived he was very friendly and got my keys made perfectly and quickly.

Though the new Lowes on N Nevada is not listed I want to say how pleased I was with their service and accommodation to my needs in buying a new Weber grill. Via online I had asked of Lowes would pick up my old grill if I purchased a new one. I got response within 5 minutes from a nice lady who stated is was not Lowes practice to pick up old grills, BUT she would talk with the local management about my request.
I had a response from Mr Damon Garcia within 10 minutes telling me he would do this and invited me in to the store to make my purchase. I did so and was helped by Dave, Jeff, and Rodney and all arrangements made. The grill came today exactly at the time promised and the old grill removed. Needless to say, my experience with Lowes on N Nevada was remarkable and I will be a loyal customer in the future,

I went looking for plants so I am only judging this on outside garden. That being said, are you kidding me? I passed six or seven employees, not one even acknowledged me… oh wait I take that back one did ask me to move so he could get to his pallet jack. I could feel anothers eyes staring into the back of my head and as soon as I turn around and make eye contact, he quickly looks away, can you say awkward? Anyways, the one person who was actually nice and helpful (the only reason I gave two stars) was the cashier. As she worked her butt off there were three others just standing there, I guess guarding the door so no flower thieves would get by?!
I’ve been annoyed by this store before but since it’s the closest to my house I went back… wont make that mistake again!

this is a great store all the sale people are helpful and the prices are good i really like the kobolt tools are very well made sign up for coupons in the mail for 10 $ off a 50 $ purchase
