Picked up a new phone and tablet. This store is huge and has ever product I think Verizon sells available. The wall of accessories is always full. The staff is super knowledgeable but with funny, sassy personalities. Sassy in a good way. They make the experience fun. So have a sense of humor when you come in here. More than one of them joked with me about, anything. I personally love that kind of rapport. In the process of switching over my phone, I noticed the next day that many of my contacts did not transfer. GASP! I went in the very next day and with in minutes, I had all my contacts back! Whew!
