POOR POOR service… don’t expect to see your server more than once or twice & consider yourself lucky if your drink gets refilled. Don’t expect to have silverware when you’re seated… or after you get your cold food that’s been sitting in the kitchen for 20 minutes while the server is out smoking. You will most likely have to get up and ask the host for silverware. At which point they will tell you, that they need to go get it from the kitchen… don’t you even DARE ask for a manager, because then, not only do you have a sour employee, but the manager has «better things to worry about»… not including the facial hair I found in my food. Would not give this establishment the satisfaction of being called a restraunt… nor would I recommend it to ANYONE due to 1. Lack of decent customer service & 2. Sanitation, or lack there of.

This place sucks I ain’t never been so irritated with my food and the workers got the nerve to be rude. I believe you chose to work there quit if you don’t want to do your job. This place used to be great but it had gone to hell In a hand basket.

Update 22-​Dec 2015. Replied as requested via Katie B. comment to call Guest Services phone number. My experience with that was no better than my in restaurant experience. Anyway I’ve wasted all the energy that I intend to on Applebee’s. There’s someone missing in the neighborhood; it’s me. There are plenty of other places to dine; I’ll be at one of those.

Waited over 30 minutes for food and when it arrived the order was wrong. It took an additional 20 minutes for them to bring me the right meal. We went in early in hopes to get out before they got too busy but I guess we were wrong. Most of the staff were unprofessional and arguing with one another in the middle of the restaurant. There were a couple servers including ours that did a really good job with what they had. I think the problem is in the management of this restaurant. Even though they gave me my meal free that’s not why we went out to eat. We were looking for good family time where we could sit, relax and enjoy ourselves as a family. After this experience I will probably never visited another Applebee’s again especially the one in Columbia Tennessee!

The host was drunk… the bartender cared more about his phone than what was going on around him… even though I wanted a table… I was directed to the bar where I would get «better service»…this place is an absolute disaster… I worked for Applebees many years ago… and this confirms why I left… a McDonalds with a bar… save your money… worst restaurant I have ever been in… hands down

Waited over an hour for appetizers and they were cold. waited another 10 minutes for soup that wasn’t cooked. waited an hour and a half for a main course that never ever showed up. never ever again Colombia Applebee’s will my Royal Irish arse cross your threshold… Finito.. Kaput. Bye bye.

The menu variety is decent, but the execution was off when I visited. The staff was friendly and competent, but the food was lackluster to satisfactory.

Poor service and food wasn’t cooked properly. My wife ordered onion rings instead of fries, they forgot. By the time they got her the onion rings she was done eating. They still charged her the extra dollar for the onion ring upgrade. They attempted to toast the buns, but basically just managed to burn them. There was food all over our chairs and under the table when we were seated. Worst Applebee’s experience we’ve ever had.
