Very good place to grab some lunch. The food quality here is really good, a bit pricy though.

This is a neat concept of «restaurant inside of supermarket» and I think that Wegman’s executes it well. The half circle of bar stools facing the grill/kitchen area are neat and of course, the Coke Freestyle machines are helpful. Because when you’ve finished your meal, you can still refill your drink and do your food shopping. Never shop hungry! I had a simple turkey burger with the avocado and sprouts, with fries. It was done quite nicely and the fries were good and hot. For $ 10, not exactly cheap. But a very good meal and well worth it.

I eat here every time I am at Wegmans. Excellent burgers and large helping of sides. Burgers are juicy and well sourced. If your a burger person, check this place out. The maple onion bacon burger is my favorite!

I thought this place had more taste that catered to the rich and wealthy by looking at the menu. I got a hometown burger and the baby kale and arugula salad. I thought the salad was going to be overly sweet by the description and I was dreading eating it. Let’s just say OMG the flavors blended beautifully. The dressing was very good. The burger was so good it took me back to my childhood when I was around 4 – 5 yrs old and my mom took me to Woolworths and ordered me a burger and fry. The edges of my bun were perfectly buttered and toasted. This is definitely a new lunch spot of mine.

Wow! This place is just popping up everywhere!!! Anyhow, their food buffet and burger grill are such a great convenient locale to get a little bit of everything. Anyhow, it is a grocery store but for the price I dive into their Indian flavors avail at the buffet! Best place to get a quick bite to eat. Flavor the world! #AsianLadyLikes

Rating is for the Burger Bar. Highlights The Pub Steak Sandwich — sooooo good. melt in your mouth sirloin, smothered in Wegman’s own to die for, savory sauce, gooey melted cheese and topped with fresh, sautéed mushroom chunks. Friendly service. Don’t know his name, but the gentleman that waited on his was extremely nice and helpful. Enjoyed the Maple Onion Burger, but not nearly as much as the Pub Steak sandwich. Cooked to my perfection, liking. Enjoyed the savory, sweet onion jam component. The price. Burger, pub sandwich, two orders of fries and two drinks — topping out at $ 27. Not bad at all. Needs tweaking Those fries — which downs this review to three stars. We have all the makings of something spectacular here(sea salt, olive oil & fresh herbs), so what gives with the frozen fries? A burger bar needs REAL fries. Also, the bowl which held my fries, held most of the salt and the herbs — leaving my fries nearly naked.

Stayed around here for work and the lunch options were great. I got a burger from the Burger Bar and it was really good. They have a ton of seating: Down stairs, outside and a huge area upstairs that is perfect for working also. There’s an area with couches by a TV that was also a nice addition.

Pretty good burger. Fries were nothing special. I’d like it if I could custom order what I wanted, and not tweak the menu burgers.

Maybe it’s just me, but the buffet section is not as up to par like it used to be. but still, I guess what other grocery store has an ample selection of food in a café/buffet section? Not many.

The burger bar is ok… my lamb gyro burger came out a bit soggy but the fries and lobster po boy were really fresh. Huge selection of prepared food pricing is by weight. Love the clean atmosphere and upstairs rest area!

I actually had very high hopes for this dining experience, but I once again let down by yet another burger-wanna-be! I tried the Maple Onion Bacon Burger and I must warn all that try this burger… it is NOT a typical Bacon burger and you will be disappointed if that is what you are after. So be warned and tread lightly folks when you try any burger from here. The burger patty itself was very tasty, but once everything else was added I had to tap out as the concoction did not mesh well for my taste buds.

The BEST supermarket ever! It has everything foodies want and more! A lot of food items and snacks from foreign country. The bulk candy section is huge. Friendly customer service. Seriously, I can spend hours walking through their food aisle. I feel like a child walking in a magic candy store when I go to Wegmans! I can’t go home empty-handed. There’s always nice & wonderful to bring home.

W.O.W. Wegmans is truly, truly something else. If Whole Foods & Central Market(Texas based grocery store) had a baby, Wegmans would be the golden child. It was my first time, but I can easily say I am OBSESSED now. I loved the endless selection of items. I probably could spend hours in Wegmans. My only hope now is that they expand over to the West Coast, hehe.

Wegman’s is a unique upstate NY based grocery chain that brings Wholefoods quality experience but at prices closer to stop n’ shop. This one has a strong focus on prepared foods as well — dedicated a lot of square footage to buffet bars and seating. This is a great grocery store — the selection of produce is hard to compete with in any of the local stores. This is also my go-to place for lobster — dropping as cheap as 9.99 a pound, and never disappointed(sample size — 4 lobster to date). They also never once asked if I wanted old-bay on the lobster. The sushi tends to be pretty good — but some days almost all of it will include imitation crab meat. I really thought a perk of Baltimore would be that no one here would put up with that stuff… oh well. Since that is my biggest complaint about the sushi, I’d have to say its pretty good sushi, and excellent for grocery store sushi. The place Wegman’s truly stands out is there cheese section. Outside of a dedicated cheese store(which I haven’t found around here) I haven’t seen such a huge collection. They also have their own store brands which are remarkably good(try the triple crème with their store baked baguettes) and a very competitive price. The lay out of the natural foods section leaves something to be desired. I’m never sure what qualifies for that section, and where what I’m looking for is going to be. Lastly is what this place has put a lot of effort into — the prepared food. The entire top floor is dedicated to seating — so they really want you to come grab dinner and have a seat. Yeah, its a grocery store, but honestly, the seating is kind of nice, and I wouldn’t mind doing that. You can also get burgers and some other made to order foods as well. Keep in mind, if you’re a big eater(I went while training for a marathon) — the buffet does add up fast. And while the food is pretty good, and has some fairly healthy options, you could probably go out to eat for a similar price. That said, I would eat there again. If you decide you like Wegmans, it may be worthwhile to sign up for the loyalty card. They still send coupons, not just blanket adds, and when I signed up they were giving away a reusable grocery bag and a bottle of basting oil(olive oil flavored with herbs — which was amazing, and I’ll be buying a refill the next time I go). Parking is a bit of a hassle with the lay out of the traffic flow — but be patient, there are plenty of spots.

Best cheese selection in 30 mile radius. Every time I go to Wegmans, I always discover something different. I think that is what keeps me coming back. There is always something new find every time, unlike other big brand grocery chains that every stores look and feel the same years after years. They only carry big mass production brand and ignore the locals and smaller brands. What is my finding this time? Frozen bone marrow!

Where do I begin. In the store, that is. This was my first time ever in a Wegmans. I was in awe. I went on a Saturday afternoon, not a wise decision, but I was unexpectedly in the area and decided to «pop» in for eggs and maybe something for dinner. When I followed a line of cars into the parking structure I almost regretted my decision. However, there were many spots open, and close to the door. Upon entering, I did not know where to begin. My eyes were drawn to so many places. Long story short: Wow. I loved the bakery goods, yet I resisted temptation only because I was full from brunch nearby. I bought a loaf of bakery Italian bread for $ 2.75,which is a very good price compared to Harris Teeter’s La Brea breads when they are not on sale. Nothing I bought seemed unreasonably overpriced. In fact, I bought a five pound bag of flour on sale for $ 1.99. I left my loyalty card at home since a) I wasn’t planning this trip, and b) I’ve never used it. My card wasn’t registered, but the manager gave me a courtesy sweep of a store card so I could get the sale prices. I don’t make it out to Columbia very often, but I am planning a visit to their Germantown store very soon(maybe after Christmas).

Excellent prices, great variety. Jamon Iberica de Bellota for under 100 $/lb. This is an absolutely fantastic price. Black truffles for $ 1000/lb, its actually not that bad of a price, you can get a golf ball sized truffle for $ 20 which will last you a whole week even if you use it with every meal. This is my favorite grocery store. And I don’t mind driving 20 – 30 minutes just to get there.
