I really like Michael Kors the brand, and all that it has to offer. I love their style. This location on the other hand somewhat disappointed me. Granted it was two days after Christmas and the place was very busy. I needed my watch adjusted, so I came to the store. Everyone was friendly and was greeted immediately. It was about a ten minute wait, which with how busy it was you couldn’t complain. There was a lady ahead of me waiting to get her watch adjusted as well, but he took me ahead of her(not complaining for myself, but I could tell she was a bit irritated). I needed two links out of my watch, instead of taking the time to take one link out of each side, he took two out of one. Very disappointed with that. Will take it elsewhere for the lack of knowledge.

Historically, I do not go shopping looking fabulous. Most times I usually look yoga pants chic on mall runs I love to be comfortable while shopping. As you may know retail staff in fancy stores can turn there snob you, if do not look like the part and if you look like your not spending money(window shopping)! I have been treated really cold in some other fancy stores and even followed like I was going to steal merchandise. I did not get treated like that I this store. Although, I have been to this store in past the staff are not familiar with me, I walked in and I was greeted promptly and warmly. The sale associate what attentive and friendly. I explained to her what I was looking for and informed her that I was not trying to spend a fortune. She immediately took me to the sale wall and found exactly what I wanted to purchase. She even wrapped it so beautifully because I informed her it was a Christmas gift. I had a pleasant experience at this location. I will be returning to purchase more items.

Came in here a few months back. Requested to see a bag, it was handed to us, and in the middle of asking questions to the salesperson she directly walked away mid-sentence. It’s like talking to a brick wall. Just don’t bother, the people here are snobby and rude.

I had no idea what I wanted and when I walked in I was greeted right away. Didn’t feel overwhelmed with buying anything at all. Lauren was so helpful and helped me pick out the best watch fory hubby. She was so helpful.

I went to MK over this weekend. They have a great range of totes, purses, slippers and watches. The lady who work there said she usually buy MK purses from TJMaxx. I was like, what?. However, I end up buying a peach color satchel of $ 368 dollars. I love it.

I really have no idea how many Unilocal stars to give this place since I don’t know what this place is. I was sent here to get a very specific wallet as a birthday present. Which I was able to do quickly with the help of a very tall, stylish sales clerk. All of the sales clerks were very tall and stylish. And young. And beautiful. And they all had big smiles. Big, beautiful, stylish smiles. One of them complimented my Orioles shirt. I liked that. She said her dad had season tickets to the Orioles. I guess I reminded her of her dad. The whole store is white. White everywhere. White shelves, white walls, white floor, white ceiling, white display cases, white cash register. And stylish. Starkly stylish. I guess Michael Kors sells stylish bags and stylish wallets. And there were stylish watches. I remember that. There may have been other stylish stuff. I don’t think there was anything for men. At least not this man. I’ve a sneaking suspicion that if I had stayed much longer, an episode of «The Twilight Zone» would have started right there in the store with me in it. I’ll give the place 5-stars since I got what I came for and all the clerks were friendly and didn’t treat me like a pest.

So during my morning walk, I decided to stop in the store and look of my potential new item. The cashiers are VERY rude. The only one that kind of smile is new and try way too hard to get her points on comission. So I went around and came back to purchase. So disappointed at the entire chaos that went down. Ok. One of the item I wanted was sold out, and yes I was very careful enough to not get a display because it was not what I signed up for. So they turned around trying to distract me and finally came by to say they didn’t any other. They tought me into getting the display with a discount of 10% of which the girl told me it was $ 180. So I got the whole thing and went home. Usually I will receive an email confirmation of my transaction. Well: 1-I didn’t because she did not have my email right 2-My husband came home and I’m showing him everything, he goes the watch was $ 195 or $ 180? I go $ 180 that’s what I was told. 3-They scanned all the items and put the tags in the bag. But they did not put the one from the watch. Which to me it means, I basically did not get a discount. Me buying it for $ 180, and them selling $ 195 with a 10% is the same as $ 180. 4– My husband asked why is it that it is final sale? Meaning you will not receive any benefit from it if anything because it was final sale and written beside it damaged. REALLY??? Now you will say why is it that my husband is the one paying attention and not me. I have 2 kids to attend and by the time I can sit and think, my husband is home to pick up the pieces. I wonder how many people these people wrip off daily or it’s just me with my african name and accent. Very disappointing. Do not waste your time to go to columbia mall MK, bunch of lazy girls looking out for their next victim. I will go there as early as possible because something needs to be done about this messy transaction.

I bought a purse at the Michael Kors retail store in the Columbia Mall. It was very high end and I thought that the quality must be good for the price-apparently, not the case! I already have issues with the hardware eroding(and the purse isn’t even 3 months old!)and when I called the corporate store(Julian Taylor) to ask them to fix it, they said it was normal wear and tear and would not cover it under the warranty. The customer service rep was very rude and also said that he does not carry a purse. All I can say is that I am very disappointed and will go back to buying Coach bags in the future. I wish I had the option to give 0 stars! Don’t waste your money on this junk!
