This small store is very pretty, and although I love Papyrus products the store lady was quite rude while I was shopping around. I found a gorgeous set of mail post cards but the box that they came in was discolored and torn apart. I asked the lady for a new set to take them($ 20.00), they didn’t have anything in stock. Anyway I loved them so I asked for a discount, they were in bad condition. The lady looked like I was insulting her and said, NODISCOUNTS. I seriously love Papyrus products but I’m not standing in that store ever again.

I love PAPYRUS. I love the cards, love the wrap, love everything. The store is a bit crowded with fixtures, but it’s fun to browse if you have the time. They do a nice job wrapping gifts, too. I tend to want to buy more than my budget allows, but I always leave with a few cards, a nice candle, or some silly note pad. Most of the associates are really friendly. I’ve been a couple times where the girl didn’t really acknowledge the customers at all.

After trying numerous places(online, offline, brick-and-mortar stores, books, magazines, etc.) to find wedding card inspiration and the perfect-feeling wedding paper stock, the dream wedding planning team stopped in at this Papyrus location to, once again, flip through some lovely albums. Three visits later, I would like to genuinely thank Papyrus and Yelena for making the wedding invitation dreams that I didn’t know I possessed a reality. With her patience, timely advice, and willingness to spend after-closing hours to help us finish the decision-making process, Yelena’s dedication was a fantastic find. Although the first time that Mom and I dropped by the upcoming sale was still weeks again, Yelena drew us deeper still into the magic of the shopping experience(and I’m not even a shopper!) by emphasizing the forthcoming bargain. She then spent countless hours with us browsing font styles, colors, and managed to not laugh when I brought over cutouts of pre-printed motifs to play around with in store so as to visualize the finalized cards. At the end of the process, wow, what a stunning product… if I may say so myself! I’ll definitely be back and intend to send other brides Papyrus’s(I mean, Yelena’s) way.

I loooooove this place. For whatever reason, I really enjoy expensive, pretty stationary and Papyrus is one of my favorite places for it. They have the best birthday cards, Christmas cards, thank you cards, invitations, gift wrap. any kind of stationary or cards you want plus various other amusing knick knacks in the store. Yesterday they had their Christmas stuff 50% off so I got Christmas cards for next year, plus they had a whole section of cards that were buy 10 for $ 5(a pretty good bargain considering the majority of their cards are in the $ 4-$ 8 range). The sales people are also super nice, my friend and I spent like 15 minutes talking to one while they were ringing us up.
