Great selection of lights… But the frostiness of both ‘gents’ at the front counter was positively chilling! Talk about feeling unwelcome, and after doing a lap around the entire store, not one employee approached to see if I required any assistance!!! I could have easily spent a couple of thousand dollars today, heck I even had the seats out of the van ready to load it up…
Clearly they don’t want my cash, or my business. I’m sure I’ll find another lighting store with more of a focus on customer service. Appalling!

I have purchased many things at this lighting store simply because it’s close and convenient for me. I have made at least six purchases over the past year. The customer service is absolutely horrible every time! The women at the customer service desk always act as though you have interrupted their work when they begrudgingly ask, can I help you? Today, I walked out and vowed I would never step foot in this store again! NEVER!

Great selection and service. Used them throughout the building process many times when I worked for a builder in Columbus, Ohio. As a Realtor I couldn’t have more confidence recommending them to any of my clients and if I need fixtures, fans, lighting supplies or even home décor they are my first call.

Great place to look as they have hundreds and hundreds of samples hanging from the ceilings. Great service … but make an appointment with a sales person if you go on a weekend. VERY PRICEY — you can find the same exact fixtures online for half the price. Do your research before you purchase.
