This is the second time i have purchased guac and chips with my burrito to go and they forget the chips Of course I don’t realize until I get back work and pissed yet again. I get the fajita onions on side because i like to eat those separately and i threw the cup out today because it tasted straight like char broiled grill… all the burnt pieces from the grill were all over. could only imagine how nasty that would have tasted if it was on my burrito. Staff is nice but yall working to damn fast and need to double check your orders before you send them off. Im sure the man in front of me enjoyed the free chips he received on my dime. This is the second time. Never going to this location again!

I used the pre order app and it definitely is not pre order. It’s more like waste your time and wait when you get there. My order wasn’t ready at the time the pre order said to arrive. Also this is the dirtiest location I’ve been to. I usually go elsewhere but this one was close by and I was hungry. I’m pretty sure the e-coli breakout in Ohio started at this location. As I waited for my pre order, they handled orders in line before even getting to mine. I would have been better off waiting in line, it would have been faster. The worst part of it, no apology given. It seems like a regular thing here, so I will avoid this location and drive the extra miles elsewhere. 1140 Polaris Chipotle– Good food, bad service, dirty location.

If you have never been to a Chipotle before, you really should go. The food is fresh, and the way you order is pretty cool. It’s setup like a buffet line where people serve you, but you tell the associates what you want in your burrito and then they slide your order down to the next person and so on. Each person has specific items that they can put into your burrito. The first person asks if you want a burrito, bowl, tacos or salad. The bowl is the same as a burrito but without the tortilla. Next they ask what type of meat you want: chicken, steak, barbacoa, carnitas, sofritas, or veggie. Then you choose white or brown rice, then move on to the toppings. I always get the Barbocoa burrito, with white rice, fajita veggies, tomato salsa, roasted chili corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and if I want to splurge a little I’ll get the guacamole(which costs extra), but it’s good both ways. This combination is a little spicy(the meat and the salsas) and tastes really great together. Pay the person at the end of the counter, and go pick out a seat to enjoy. The people are always polite and smiling. The dining room is open seating, so you can choose where you want to sit. In the summer time I like to sit on the patio and enjoy the sunshine and the fresh air. They also have carbonated drinks in the dining room and adult beverages behind the counter. Chips and Guacamole are really great, too. Sit down and enjoy your creation and be prepared to be super full, unless you are really good and only eat half of the burrito. Otherwise, you won’t be hungry for dinner.

Tastes like any other standard Chipotle. Service can be a bit slow depending on when you go.

I just watched these guys kick so much A it’s insane. We were at the back of a line of athletes off a large bus. We checked out in about ten minutes. They were flying, motivated, loud, excited and just all out great at customer service. Been to many a Chipotle in my day, some good some bad. This was a great experience. Boom. #chiptoleforthewin

I love Chipotle, and the food is good here just like every other one… but the service is not. Often I go in to find a really long line and only one person working on the burrito line. This location is either severely understaffed, or they just haven’t figured things out yet. I always, always have a long wait here. I will keep coming back for the food(and because there isn’t another location nearby), but I have walked out of here more than once due to the impossibly long wait.

Terrible visit! No corn available, employees claimed it was still frozen. No Izzy drinks available and the chips were stale. Small location and not set up to handle a long line.

I go to this chipotle all the time and do the online ordering and pick it up. It’s nice because you can skip the line and your food is usually ready. I say usually because there have been a few times where I have to wait because they ran out of something or forgot to make it. I just don’t understand how they get to the point of running out of something. If they see something is low then restock it. I shouldn’t have to wait ten min for you to wash and cut lettuce when the employees working at the counter knew the lettuce was running low. Other than that they do a good job. This location gets pretty busy during dinner time on any day of the week.

Last time I attempted to come here the place was a filthy mess. I left without ordering. Looks like the are making a positive effort to clean up this location. Yay!!!

Could this chipotle be anymore prepared… No. I have come in three times in the past month, the manager asked me if I wanted chips, I reply yes please and the response I got was… «Mmmmm nope, not right now you can’t. We made chips then we ran out and we made chips again then we ran out again» it was beyond awkward.

Pork Burrito is best item on menu. Add guacamole and load up on sour cream, brown rice, mild salsa, and corn. They usually have to double up the tortillas to fit around this monster. I crave this sucker!

I have been to this place a few times because it is right in the middle of my commute to Cincinnati from Cleveland. This is a typical Chipotle. One thing that stands out here is the organization and efficiency of the staff. I am impressed by the speed at which they handle things when they are overwhelmed. Food is good and fresh. If you are in the neighborhood, please visit this place it is much better compared to other options around it.

Whenever I visit this location, it is usually for lunch. It’s part of a chain. So, you know what to expect from the food. I enjoy Chipotle’s Burrito Bowl. Choose your rice, meat and toppings. They measure out the same amount for each order. They will add more, if asked. Service is impersonal for the most part. I do feel rushed through the line, but have been to Chipotle enough that I usually order the same thing — its easier that way.

Yea so I just want to make it clear Chipotle has awesome food — but need to echo this is the worst Chipotle location on the planet. Avoid it if you have another within a few miles. How about the Latino demon woman who has been there a while serving the salsa? Yea she’s the worst. I usually go vegan at the place. My bowl is light enough. When I ask for extra mild salsa she gives me two small spoonfuls and scowls at me. Seems every employee here has tats and fish hook nose piercings aside from demon woman. They’re slow as HELL and get confrontational with customers. Just a brutal experience 3 out of 4 times you visit this location. I drive 10 minutes out of the way to go to the one by Marcus cinema. Bad ownership of this one is reflected

I know its only two stars… don’t get me wrong, I do love me some Chipotle, but this one seems to always be VERY slow… this location is NOT one of the best I have frequented… I have ALWAYS had to wait forever… mind you, the line is not long at all… just VERY slow movers making the stuff, or having to wait forever because they are out of rice«but it’s almost done»… why would they EVER run out of rice??? POORPLANNING!!! I usually get the same thing… Burrito with brown rice(that I had to wait for), and carnitas. Yum. Salsa cheese sour cream and guacamole for $ 1.80 extra oh my… Good but pricey. $ 20 for 2 burritos and drinks seems a bit steep… specially when you are pissed from waiting forever for some rice… Anyway, I do love Chipotle… but I would avoid this one unless you’re not in any kind of hurry…

I’m going to ammend my review of this location as it is clearly under new management. We’ve ordered twice from there in the past month and both times the orders have been spot on. The food as always with Chipotle has been delicious and special requests have been accommodated. It’s great to have OUR Chipotle be one of the good ones now. We look forward to many more successful trips and orders here. I’m leaving the previous(one star) review up as it truly was VERY bad there and Im hoping it stays great. I’ve never understood why this particular Chipotle is so much worse than any other. My only guess is poor ownership/management. I work at a nearby business and we order from this location often. If you fax in/online order your order to pick it up. 100% expect for it not be ready or even started at the time it is supposed to be ready, and for something to be missing. Crappy Manager Story Below. It is not hard to get a group of people to agree on wanting Chipotle. I would say 3 out of 4 times they mess up the order. Either something is missing or they haven’t even started the order by the time we get there. Tonight was the proverbial straw. We had 5 people order from here and when we brought it back we noticed 3 of the 5 people didn’t get the chips they ordered and one didn’t get their guacamole. We’ve always let this go as nobody has time to go back there and get what was missed(we only get a half hour lunch). Tonight we finally had enough and decided to call. After the person who answered the phone lied about being the manager, the real manager got on the phone and said if we came back we could have the chips(gee thanks) and a burrito for our trouble. When the girl we sent got there, the manager said she checked the cameras… Really checked the cameras over some goddamn chips!!! and she could see the chips were missed but couldn’t confirm the guacamole wasn’t put in the bag. I for one can’t believe they’d check the cameras over some chips and two that she then refused to give the girl the free burrito(which was the managers idea, we just wanted the chips) over the guacamole. It was finally enough for us to completely swear off this crappy Chipotle, Chipotle is great, this location sucks. Hot Head Burrito opens up down the road next week!!! Can’t happen soon enough.

The Service: I’m from So Cal, in the Columbus area on business… wasn’t really wanting to try anything new so I decided on Chipotle. I went in around 8:30 pm and saw a little bit of a line, but wasn’t at all worried because I know Chipotle is super quick and the lines move quickly… except in Polaris :(There were 5 people in front of me and it took about 5 minutes to get through — which is the reason for the loss of one star… When I did get to the front of the line the people working were super sweet and courteous. The Food: Didn’t disappoint — the rice and beans were on-point and the chicken was moist and delicious. Guac was amazing! I would definitely visit this spot again, maybe they have more folks on staff earlier in the day…

Another Chipotle review… This is one one the typical crowded, line out the door Chipotles… Polaris has more food options then you could ever eat at, but everyone chooses to eat here. The only reason I came is that i was still pissed about how the Worthington location messed up my order last week so I went in here to complain. The manager was very nice and offered to remake my entire order. Though I was a bit sour I had to wait in the long ass line first. Also there was 5 people working which should make it fast but you had to repeat everything to each person, they kept bumping into each other and none of them spoke or understood english well at all. You work here, you should at least understand black or pinto beans, what kind of meat and so on. The portions were also skimpier and not as great as other locations but it was a free meal and made up for the dissapointment last time. They again forgot the rice/beans/chips for the kids meal which I got after asking this time. 4 stars just for making it up to me, otherwise avoid this location and eat elsewhere at Polaris.

Not really your stereotypical chipotle. I arrived for a slightly late lunch, and was greeted by slack-jawed workers who seemed less than enthusiastic to serve me. It seems the fast-food attitude that usually permeates burger places has finally hit Chipotle. Normally, you could go to any Chipotle, order the same thing, and get the same result. The perfect mix of rice, beans, chicken, and toppings. Not this time. It was like they were trying to save the ingredients and stretch them out to last. There are two Chipotle locations, roughly the same distance — I think I’ll stick to the other location for a while.

This place was packed on a Friday evening. The line literally wrapped around the door into the main sit-down area. I can tell you though, it was totally worth it though. The service was excellent as I found the people behind the counter to not only be incredibly friendly, but personable. Despite the fact they were busy and moving quick, they looked happy and actually took a few seconds to chit-chat, which I appreciated. They double checked with me to confirm my order and asked me if I wanted more of each of the fillings for my burrito. Can’t think of a time when that level of service has been extended to me at a Chipotle. Well done. As for the food, it’s Chipotle: massive burritos that taste extremely good. I’m giving this place 4 stars instead of five only because the prices are higher than Chipotle restaurants in other locations. Also, I think the service would have been slightly faster had they had three individuals working behind the counter instead of two.
