The floor sales people are very nice and welcoming. They were not pushy at all. We were allowed to freely look around the new showroom for La-Z-Boy at Easton. I really appreciated that the store manager, and assistant were friendly, polite and always available to answer questions, but were not invasive. My wife and I felt like we could freely walk and talk about the different furniture in the store without prying ears and stalking eyes. The store is beautifully laid out with beautiful accessories to further enhance the furniture groupings. I appreciated wide aisles to accommodate handicapped access. Although there is not a handicap ramp to the store itself, the store next to it does have a ramp. This was the only nick I could give La-Z-Boy. However, there was ample parking for handicapped customers. We bought a beautiful hide-a-bed sofa and the purchasing process was really simple. I used a special kiosk in the store to see if I qualified for credit and then took my credit voucher to the manager who then processed the sale. This was a very unusual method for credit approval, but it was quick and easy. We arranged for a delivery date with a time range for that date. They also said they would call just before the delivery on that date.
