Lizzy is the best there is! I see her regularly for brow waxes but occasionally for other services — she’s the only person that could truly get me to STOP TOUCHING and tweezing in between appointments, and now my perfect shape lasts for three weeks until it’s time to go back. She uses only the best products, and does an extremely thorough (but fast!) job at shaping and grooming brows including trimming and tweezing strays. The Salon Lofts booking process is also a huge plus — I can make an appointment quickly & easily online, and it sends me reminder emails.

Lizzy did my makeup for my wedding, and I couldn’t of been happier with her services. She did my bridal makeup as well as my bridesmaids makeup and my mom’s. She uses airbrushing and the end result looks natural and feels light as a feather. Lizzy took great care in making sure each girl felt great about their makeup. I was so glad to have Lizzy there on my wedding day — for both her bubbly personality and her incredible talent. Thanks Lizzy for helping make my «special day» so special!

Before Lizzy, I had always hesitated with the thought of getting my eyebrows waxed because I feared that they would turn out badly. Lizzy is absolutely wonderful. Until I started going to her for my eyebrows and skin several years ago, I never upheld any sort of skincare routine for myself. Lizzy not only took the time to diagnose what treatment my skin needed, but she set me up with an awesome skincare routine to perform on myself in the interim between visits. I never feel the need to second guess her recommendations, because it is very clear that her expertise is trustworthy upon consulting with her. Not to mention, hello, eyebrows!!! This girl has got my eyebrow game on lock. Oh, and she is super fun too… you’ll always walk out of the Hub with a smile and glowing skin after a visit with this babe.

I’ve gotten just about every service done that Lizzy has to offer, and I’ve never walked out less than thrilled. Lizzy’s friendly, professional demeanor always makes for a pleasant experience, even during the most uncomfortable waxes and extractions. Brazilians are quick and efficient, and I’ve never experienced severe redness or ingrown hairs with Lizzy, which is a huge plus considering how sensitive my skin is. The way my face transforms from dull and dry to perfectly smooth and hydrated after one of her facials is a testament to the quality of product she uses, and her overall skills. Oh, and my brow shape has never been better since she’s gotten her hands on them! Prices are competitive, and to top it off, her inviting space is extremely clean. Take a trip to see Lizzy if you want to feel great and look even better.

Salon Lofts is in the heart of the Short North and there’s a parking garage right behind it. The facility is super clean and Lizzy is authentic and welcoming. She goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I love Lizzy and highly recommend her!

Lizzy is THE BEST. I have never had so many compliments on my brows until I started getting them waxed and tinted by her. I have very sensitive skin and had bad experiences with waxing at other places in the past. Upper lip would have been out of the question! But with Lizzy both lip and brow turn out perfectly every. single. time. Post wax redness is minimal to non-​existent! She is a total pro at all things skin and beauty. She is fast, thorough, thoughtful and will make you feel at ease. Her skills are pure magic, do not go anywhere else!

She works magic with her facials. She’s managed to gracefully tame my uni-​brow and also does the fastest, easiest brazilian I’ve ever had. Can’t say enough great things about her.

Lizzy is gentle, thorough and incredibly talented. She goes above and beyond with her clients including passing along after-​service skin care instructions and tips. Her loft is super cute, clean, private and relaxing. I’ve sent several friends to her and love hearing how she transforms their skin like she has mine. She’s the best!

Lizzy gives the best facial I have ever had. Everytime I leave, my skin feels so insanely fresh and soft it’s unreal! She is the perfect combination of professional and friendly that makes me feel 100% relaxed and comfortable. She is all about making you feel amazing and beautiful. Love this girl. If you don’t make an appointment with her you are seriously missing out! :)
