I know that when I walk into the salon that I will be happy when I come out. My nails were not looking good and they worked with me to grow them back in strong and solid. I could not be more pleased to have found Stylist Nails and Spa. Tina does a great job.

Tina and Ann were incredibly accommodating, warm, and personable for my mom and I to have relaxing Mani/​Pedis. We went in for basic treatment for each but we decided to do the deluxe because they were so awesome. My mom and I both got gel manicures that change color according to color! The colors I chose were black when cold and red when warm but there were dozens more choices: yellow to green, orange to red, deep purple to a light fuchsia, baby blue to white, and a bunch more!

1^st time visiting this salon this afternoon. Outstanding nail salon at Polaris. Very reasonable prices, super clean, and friendly. Very impressed by their work! I will be visiting again!

Rude rude rude. They had an issue with me trying a couple nail colors to see what I like, then continued to make comments about it, I had two different people telling me I’m not allowed to do that, then I didn’t like a color she picked for me and asked to get one myself and she’s like, «you’ve put on 10 colors already» sarcastically, which it was actually only 4 and I only put it on one nail each to test. I just can’t believe how rude she was about it. I’ve never had an issue anywhere about testing the color on my hands to see what I like. Ugh. Talk about bad customer service.

I’m apparently one of very few, but I had a terrible experience at Stylist Nails and Spa today and from that, will not ever be going back.
Being off for the holiday from school, I wanted to treat myself. After reading fantastic reviews here, and realizing the convenience of being across the road from the grocery store at Polaris, I thought that this salon would be perfect.
The color selection they have is great (only OPI colors), and the salon is clean but not very welcoming. My sister and I were greeted when we walked in the door and were asked what we were there for (as we were walk ins), and that was all the communication I received.
I chose my polish color (there for just a simple mani) and sat down and the woman (not sure of her name — she never introduced herself or asked for my name — an older woman wearing glasses) started filing my nails right away. Everything was fine until she started trimming my cuticles. On one finger she clipped so much that she broke the skin and made me bleed. I jolted and said told her that that particular part hurt, but she just continued. She apologized a couple times and blotted the blood away and kept going with the mani.
The bleeding didn’t stop until after I was moved to another station to dry my nails. Looking at the owner, I showed him my bloody finger and all he did to remedy the situation was to remove the polish, scrub my cut with polish remover (ouch!), and repaint it.
I know that accidents happen, but understand that I was not offered ANY compensation or discount for THEIR mistake that caused me injury. I was still told that my mani would be $ 21.50 and that I should have a nice day. This company and its owner do not take care of their patrons and do not hold themselves accountable for their actions. Careless hospitality and terrible customer service. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because my nails look fine.

Family owned business with a lot of talent. One of the best manicures and pedicures and the prices are better than most of the expensive salons on Polaris.

This my go to place whenever I’m back in Columbus! The salon is super clean, the staff are extremely friendly and it says a lot to me when «regulars» are there. I’ve been going to Diana off and on for about 2 years (I travel a lot for work and I’m often not in Columbus). She truly loves what she does and goes out of her way to make you happy and she’s EXCELLENT at nail free hand nail designs!!! If you like wine, consider it a bonus that they offer it :)

I’ve tried several Nail Salons around Columbus and this one is by far the best! Diana has great attention to detail. If you pay with cash you get a discount. I will definitely be back!

Just came back from another appointment at Stylist and of course, my nails look absolutely perfect! I had an appointment cancel and had only an hour to get my nails done in between. They had a spot waiting for me upon arrival and I was in and out in no time. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Got a pedicure and balance and was in heaven. They did have to redo my toes because she put red top coat but it was no hassle to me and they did it with no problem I definitely recommend this place

I have been coming to Tina for a couple of months now and she always does a great job! I get an acrylic balance with gel polish and she is fast and friendly. They always last and I haven’t had a problem with the polish chipping or peeling (and I’m a hairstylist so my hands are always in water). I love that the salon is family owned and everyone is always friendly. The price is great for the quality of service you receive. I have found my nail salon and I won’t go anywhere else!

I came to get my pink and white filled and they did a great job! I was in and out of there in less than an hour. I came in in a Friday afternoon at about 3:30pm and there was no wait, but as I was leaving they were starting to get busier, but nothing they couldn’t handle. Very friendly and professional. The interior was modern and new. The manicure stations were clean and the seats were comfortable. For the Polaris area I think the pricing was fair and worth it. They have a ton of different nail services and even do waxing. I will definitely be coming back again and maybe try out a pedicure and potentially a wax! Like the other reviews said– credit to pay is fine, but bring cash to tip!

They were really nice but the experience level appears to be low. I went Monday afternoon for an acrylic fill. It is Wednesday and my pinky nail is already popping off. 4 other nails are lifting. Normally I get a fill every 3 weeks. I was worried when the nail technician (man) wasn’t thoroughly removing the lifted parts of the old nail and just wanted to apply powder over it. I kept pointing out things that needed to get done. He didn’t apply glue underneath either. He did not file and shape the base and we all know they way they shape and trim neatly speaks to quality. Now I either have to go back and have them fix it or just go to a new place and get it redone!

Diana is the best, everyone here is so sweet and they do quality work at a great price. I’ve suggested several friends and we are all loyal customers. Very talented artists as well makes a regular manni a lot more fun and I love the reward card program they have $ 10 off after 5 visits is very generous!

I found this place on Unilocal with the 20% off for their new open. This place will be my best nail salon in town now. I love decorations of the shop and the atmosphere. They have friendly staffs who provide a great customer service.
I got the deluxe pedicure with gel polish and gel manicure for a great price compare to other places around. Got wax done today. They also have numbing cream for those who’s hurting. I usually hesitated to try new waxing place but I love everything here .
I would recommend this place to everyone.

My new go-​to salon when I’m in Columbus and the best pedicure I’ve had! My mom and I came in Sunday afternoon for pedicures and left with gorgeous nails and pampered feet. They really took their time at making us feel comfortable and the pedicure is the best we’ve had. The salon is built completely around customer service and our experience was fantastic. Tina and Diana are 2 of the best technicians I’ve encountered, they even suggested some extra sparkle as a top coat to make my nails pop. There are different flavors of pedicures for the mask and scrub, we got lavender and milk ‘n honey. We can’t wait to try them all. Plus, everything is brand new!

I love Diana! She is so creative and her design are off the hook. The shop looks Amazing and clean
