My experience wasn’t TERRIBLE… but was just very average at best. I read some of the other Unilocal reviews after I’d say down and was kind’ve worried. Nothing special about this place. Got a pedicure and my water was lukewarm to cold. Boo…
The girl that did my pedicure was polite and very friendly. She did good massaging my feet. Got the tropical pedicure and it smelled really good.
I’d probably go elsewhere before coming back.

I have been going to this place for years. The business has had its up and downs, and some experiences have been OK. But overall, I am very happy with this place. The worst Manicures and Pedicures I ever had were at a Charles Penzone (2 different locations). This place has surpassed them in overall quality compared to price. They are staffed appropriately and to make sure I am able to get in, I make an appointment. Their hours are great as well. They also have specials on their Basic Mani & Pedis from time to time.
Those that have had bad experiences I believe are true, but the management has gone out of their way to improve their services and have found good knowledgable and personable staff.

Be careful had to go to the doctor after my latest pedi, infected big toe & prescribed an antibiotic. This pedicure cost me a lot more than I bargained for…

Worst mani/​pedi I have ever had. I was shopping at the mall and was planning to go to my normal salon after but passed this place while I was on my way out — mani/​pedi for $ 45 — figured for the price and convenience I would give it a try — BIG mistake.
Pedicure — little to no callous treatment and dark polish all over my toes — very sloppy.
Manicure — cuticles look worse than when I went in and my ‘square’ nails were so square they were sharp.
Will never go back and would never recommend.

The worst… I am not even stretching this… the WORST manicure I have ever gotten in my life. I had to go straight home and fix it. It looked like a 5 year old did it– polish still only my skin, didn’t file to smooth the nail. The girl just cut them across with clippers then left it like that. Her cut wasn’t even straight! I will never, ever go back.

Nice staff but the lip wax I got there left me with little whitehead bumps all over my lip. I’ve never had that happen in years of getting things wax. First time here and it happens.
