Tandy Leather Factory

This place is awesome! They have the most courteous staff :) Christian in particular always tries to remember my name and will not hesitate to sit down with customers and answer any and all questions they may have. A really great store. I live 40 minuets away and it would be way easier to order my products online but I choose to go to the store because of the friendly staff. Five stars. Two thumbs up.

First let me clarify that this store is called Tandy Leather Factory. Good, now that that’s done, onto the review.
So, if you’re into any kind of leatherworking and haven’t been to Tandy you’re missing out. This is a great little one-​stop-​shop for 95% of your leather working supply needs. That being said, it’s mostly catered to non-​footwear leather. So if you’re looking for shoe and boot dyes you might not find a great selection. Though it could be argued that you can use any kind of dye since it’s all leather in the end.
They have leatherworking tools and leather available for sale. Plus it’s the only place in town I can get Deglazer and Barge glue! Everytime I go in the workers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Plus they have a discount club if you plan on being in there a lot.
Also, since they’re a national chain you can always order things in from the catalog or their website!
