I love this shop! We’ve been looking for light weight carryon and matching suitcases and Urban Baggage has the best collection. Also, check out the Vera Bradley wall!

I have been to the location in Worthington Mall and Polaris Mall. Both times I worked with different sales reps and every experience was handled professionally and with expertise of the merchandise. I made an exchange the first time and the employees were helpful in assisting me with finding a bag I liked better, they were timely and courteous to work with. My second matter involved my bag having a small issue on it. I worked with a manager directly, he was tentative and ensured that my bag was replaced or fixed. He communicated the entire process through email and phone with me and really exceeded my expectations, I was given a new bag within 1 week.
The bags are priced well for their quality and with the chance to work with such professionals, the bags are worth even more. Great place to buy graduation gifts or personal items. I will continue to shop and recommend!
