First let me start by saying this is the 3^rd business I went to, after hours of on-​line research. The first was staffed by teens or barely post-​teens that I’m pretty sure just decided there wasn’t enough profit involved to help me out. The 2^nd couldn’t help, but thanks to them (Batteries Plus Bulbs in Concord) I was referred to CME. Carlos at CME went out of his way to understand my problem which involved fixing a stove hood light manufactured by a now defunct company. He suggested a solution and ordered a part in, then also suggested I bring the old part back in so we could look at it together. Long story short, thanks to Carlos and CME, the light is fixed! I highly recommend CME for any lighting supply need.

In all the years I’ve been on Unilocal,I’ve never had the occasion to write such a negative review. But the folks at CME Lighting subjected me to such a stunning display of rudeness and incompetence that they forced my hand. I went in to buy 2 track lighting fixtures to match the broken one I brought in as a sample. No problem, says Tommy. Not in stock, but we’ll have them for you in 2 days, and we’ll call you. After 3 days I call them. Sorry there’s been a delay. We’ll have them for you in another 2 days and we’ll call you. Again no call. Again I’m told it’ll be 2 days. Rinse and repeat 7!!! times. No exaggeration. Finally they’re in. I go to pick them up, and they got the order wrong. The fixtures are the wrong kind for my track. Not one word of apology, just excuses. Avoid these jokers at all costs.

If you need an unusual replacement bulb, don’t spin you wheels at your local hardware store or some designer lamp store. Instead, head straight to CME Lighting’s parts counter behind Door #6 and prepare to be amazed at their vast inventory and deep knowledge of all things light.
