Jack in the Box

Nothing worse than limp noodle french fries. If the fries were fresh all of the time I would eat there more often.

Terrible drive through service. I ordered my food special so I don’t get the pre made stuff they have sitting on a warmer. They get my order wrong even though it was verified on the screen before pulling up to the window. I returned to get my order corrected and the person attending the drive through window takes the original sandwich and gives me the «corrected» one. Before I can even verify it being correct or that I’m satisfied he slams the windows and walks away (man with a rainbow lips tattoo). I would’ve like to place an extra order but didn’t have any other communication. I guess we’ll just use the McDonald’s down the street, for decent customer service.

Okay so I once was impressed by the freshness of their food and gave them 5 stars but lately I’ve been getting the, «Oops I didn’t order this so we’ll put this under a heat lamp until a sucker comes in to order the same crap and we can pawn it onto them so we save on landfill order. Hey it’s still edible.» NOT!

Came here on Jan 27 in the afternoon. Food is standard Jack Box, nothing to report bad there.
Despite not being busy with customers, Extremely rude and blunt drive thru person. She even managed to do the entire transaction without even making eye contact once. This is consistent with other times I have gone there.
I hit the N. Main Jack Box about twice a month and the customer service is alway way above expected 24/​7, and enjoy going there. In contrast this place is consistently unfriendly, and I will avoid in the future.

I got food late at night– around 12am. What I got was not what I ordered and the lettuce tasted dirty. I was so hungry I ate whatever they gave me.

I come here often and the only issue I have is the place is a little run down. With that said, the food is always prepared fast and is got and cheap. I always go thru the drive thru so not too worried about it being a little outdated since I care more about the quality of food. I do wish they would clean up an modena the oder board and speaker. A great place to grab a midnight snack ²⁴⁄₇

Horrible burnt my frys they where super noved. Then they tryed to tell me they have a timer and they can only recock the frys when customers order. Freaking d_​bags

What can I say, this is the West coast McDonalds. Disgusting but the best thing ever while in a cab on the way home from Smugglers Cove Tiki bar. My driver even let me out to relieve pressure off my bladder while in the drive-​thru line. What a guy! The food did exactly what I needed it to do though, the grease went to work soaking up all of those different delicious rums in my belly.
I don’t have much more to say about this place, try and avoid it maybe.

Quick service. Friendly workers. And they got my order correct. Definitely returning :)

I pulled into the drive thru just to get an iced tea, since they’re having drinks for 1.00 same as mc donalds and i love thier tea. Saw they had a new item, Waffle breakfast sandwich, pictured was an egg and sausage patty between two golden brown toasty waffles yum.
So i ordered the tea and sandy and drove it home. I was disappointed with the sandwich, the waffle was limp like a wet noodle, would have been sooo much better if it as toasty crispy. And no it was not limp from being in the bag for 10 minutes, it was not golden brown it had not been cooked. Just defrosted from frozen it seems, Pity. The toasty crispy waffle would have made that sandwich something special.
The tea tasted good but i was sad to discover after drinking most of it, i took the lid off to find 2 ants inside the cup. yuck. Wonder how many i drank: S
Yup could have been a better experience.

For a Jack in the box, this place rocks. Why? They are now ²⁴⁄₇ everyday. Yes thats right ²⁴⁄₇ everyday!

I can’t believe it, but I’m actually impressed with this Jack in the Box. They are always friendly, actually get my order correct, and the food is always as fresh as it can be for Jack in the Box. So why 4 stars and not 5? Well it is Jack in the Box.

Remind me to never eat in at this Jack in the Box The sign on the door says free wi-​fi but when I tried to use it I was promoted to enter a password. There is no info posted on how to use the wi-​fi.
To make matters worse, there were a couple of homeless guys eating inside the restaurant. Nothing wrong with that except they kept moving to different tables & never sat still. I found myself watching them instead if enjoying my food which wasn’t that good. The sourdough jack burger & especially the chicken strips were underwhelming.
I’ll still go through the drive through sometimes but I’ll never eat in again!

Jack in da Crack. Fast Food, Mediocre taste. Spotty service. Drunken Munchie Killer. Weight Gainer. Cholesterol Provider. This is a fast food place, what didya expect?
The place has decent parking so that cools cause some locations are just horrid. The only other thing that sucks is they don’t keep napkins out, so you gotta walk all the way to the other side of the place to ask for any. WACK!

This is Jack in the Box. What do you expect? Pretty much the same no matter which location you go to. Usually late night there will be a line in the drive-​thru. But overall, decent.
