Walked into JCPENNY Optical looking for sun glasses. Halima, the optical gal helped me to find the best one. She was really helpful and friendly. She gave me a discount on the glasses I wanted. I had a good experience and can’t wait to pick up my new glasses in 10 days.

I lost my glasses (progressive lenses) and needed a new pair ASAP. The helpful clerk said they could get my new rimless glasses with anti reflective back in two weeks or less… usually less. Well, 2 ½ weeks later still no glasses.
