Round Table Pizza

STILL the worst. Why am I not surprised? I picked up our pizza and bread sticks and when I got home, the pizza was the WRONG pizza AND there was no dipping sauces for the breadsticks which was even printed on the order receipt. Wow. Then they want me to go back to pick up the correct pizza and dipping sauces. Greeat

Came here to watch the Warriors game. It’s a nice hang out place with friends. The young man on the register is very accommodating.

Trying to understand how this RoundTable pizza is still in business. With so many other options in the area. I give every spot 3 chances. This RoundTable failed miserably all 3 times. Didn’t complete the toppings on all 3 orders. Under cooked our pizza every time we ordered (even after we asked for it to be cooked well done). Delivery was20−60 min longer then told every. I live literally 5 min away. So never again for the last dishonest pizza.

My friend threw her sons 1^st birthday in this Round Tables party room. She has a huge extended family plus many friends, like myself. There was like 40 possibly 50 people at this party.
The room fit almost everyone comfortably with room for the present opening time. There’s also room for the multiple pizzas to be laid out buffet style for everyone.
I’ve always liked Round Table pizza. For a chain it’s probably my favorite.
There’s arcade style games outside the party room. So the older kids had things to do if they really weren’t interested in the little kid party aspect.
It was a great location and great atmosphere for a large family to celebrate.

Very, very lousy service. Could not deliver within 2 HOURS!!! I then asked could I pay over the phone and have my son pick up the pizza and was told NO!!! Round Table is fine but WHO EVER is managing this place needs to GO!!! Yes I am upset:-)

Ordered a pizza before they opened up their delivery, they told me they couldn’t deliver until 11, when I called back to say go ahead and place my order even though I was an hour before they were ready they said you know what don’t worry about it we will fire up the oven early for you, James was very helpful over the phone and got my order 100% accurate, and Brian was extremely helpful when he delivered my pizza way earlier than I hoped to get get it, that is service above and beyond, I literally received my pizza 20 minutes before they were even supposed to deliver, and it’s totally bomb, highly recommend.

Have used the home delivery service (through Unilocal) and great pizza, on time, as ordered. Order through the Unilocal link as the restaurant direct website did not show the restaurant closest to my house.
For the convenience, I will be ordering often.

The food is pretty darn good, especially love their pizza, flat bread pizzas and salad bar. But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, clean your restrooms! They need a good bleach solution over every square inch — seriously. Employees provide top notch service, appreciate that!

Excellent service all-​around! Came in with 6 hungry pre-​teens. They could care less what’s going on around them, but they easily scarfed down 1 XL + started on a 2^nd pizza. Pizza at RT is always good, but sevice at this location was extra good!

I ordered my pizza online. The online site optimistically advised the pizza would be ready in 15 mins. As I’ve actually ordered many a pizza in my life, I knew that was an unlikely time frame. The pizza was ready 30 mins later which is reasonably fast. Service was friendly and prompt. The pizza was warm and overall good. I do prefer a crispy crust but none of the chains do that. The pizza had good flavor just slightly salty and a nice tangy sauce. I ordered the special triple pepperoni XL they did not skimp and with all that meat is quite greasy, but in a good pizza way. It seems that this location is working at improving their quality as they even showed me the pizza before giving me the box. I’ll be back next time I get that pizza craving.

Bad bad. Cold pizza driver didn’t have change. I would never use this again. They can’t deliver a warm let alone hot pizza and not to have $ 5 on change even when told would need it.

Something for everyone. They have a great kids meal on Tuesday nights. All the pizza and salad you can eat for 7.95 I think. I like the game room pinball machine. The kids enjoy the air hockey table, free mechanical horse ride and claw arcade games. They always have a game on the TVs. Tonight the Giants won game 1 of the world series! Oh they also serve beer!

I’ve never been to this location in person, I’ve always ordered online so this only applies online.
Not the first time I’ve ordered but first time I’ve had such a terrible experience ordering from them.
I place my order at 1pm like normal. 45 minutes is the estimated time it would take. Okay. Not a problem, I’m used to that. An hour passes. Hour and 15. I finally call them and I get placed on hold twice.
Twice. Someone picks up, asked to put me on hold to which I agreed, six minutes later someone picks up again and immediately asks me if I can hold.
I ask about my online order and the person on the phone tells me it’ll be a few more minutes because they know they are running late. Didn’t ask about my order or anything. Just told me it’ll be there soon and hangs up.
I wait another 20 minutes. My order is almost 45 minutes late now. I’m hungry. My girlfriend is hungry. I call back and I basically ask once again where my order is. This time I get asked for my order and behold, I find out they never got my order past the online system.
Okay. Not their fault. System error. I try to calm myself down because I’m pretty irritated at this point.
Then the person on the phone tells me it will probably be a long wait for my order.
Are you kidding me?! I’ve already waited over an hour for my order, nearly two as I’m writing this (still not here) and I get told I have to wait a while?
It’s not my fault the order didn’t come through. And I’ve been waiting for an order that I’ve placed over an hour ago. It shouldn’t be «You will probably have to wait a long while.» It should be «You’ll be the next one up and it should be there soon.»
Seriously.

Wow! Their salad bar was BEAUTIFUL!!! Suuuper clean, organized, no cross contamination of ingredients dropped, and everything looked SOOOOO FRESH! Tasted AMAZING too! Way impressive compared with other locations as well as salad bars in general. I’d come back for that alone.
The lunch buffet had a pretty good selection of different pizzas, and all were warm-​to-​hot in temperature. They keep ‘em coming out, that’s so for sure.
The staff was friendly and constantly cleaning things up.
I did happen to get TWO dirty bowls (3^rd was the charm), and then later when I asked for water, I was offered TWO dirty drinking cups, so uumm, yeah me no likey!!! Ended up asking for a paper cup to ensure my lips remain herpe-​free, lol.
Other than the dirty dishes, all went well. Maybe the mgr needs to retrain /​oversee the dishwashing methods being used.

Comme ci comme ca — nothing spectacular.
Besides, choices are very limited on their chicken and vegetarian side. Never really craved their pizzas ever, and pretty much go there once in a blue-​moon if and when nothing else suits my palate, and I am not in the mood to drive far.
Their customer service feels a little rushed and confused to me, and I particularly don’t care for the ambiance at all.
I think I’ll teach myself to drive to other pizza joints from now on.

Round Table Pizza has with out a doubt the best pizza for a large chain. A former roommate of mine worked here some years back as a delivery driver. I would go to a RTP in Oakland often when I was younger. This is reasonably close to where Iive. RTP has high quality pizza. I must admit that I miss the great commercials they used to have on TV.

I always come here for the Pizza and Salad Buffet. I have been to several other places in the area for Pizza and Salad buffets at lunch time and this one has been the best so far. I had tried StrawHat on Monument, and they stink now since they changed management they dont even offer a buffet. I had been going to Straw Hat near Pleasant Hill bart but they suddenly went out of business.
The people here have always been nice and they are good about getting lots of pizza out for the buffet, and they provide a good selection of different pizza’s durring the buffet as well.
I also think the salad bar has pretty decent produce compared to some of the other places I have gone.

This place has the worst customer service! The lady that answers the phone was rude and was rushing me. Not only that she hung up on my while I was trying to get a approximate time to pick up my order.
I have been eating round table for years and love there pizza, sometimes it’s a bit pricey but worth it.
However I still think this place needs some serious restructuring !!!

Have you ever seen the Dave Chappelle skit about Pop Copy? The last time I ever called to order from these guys was exactly like that.
Now, I’m not even rating the pizza, it’s just corporate pizza you get delivered, it’s fine. I had overpaid for their pizza many times when I was feeling lazy. I mean, I must have ordered 40 times from them over the years.
The last time I called for a delivery my lady was out of town. The kid on the phone wanted me to pay the tip ahead after I had given my credit card number and placed my order. I told him I never do that, I only tip when the driver gets there. I mentioned that I had ordered a bunch of pizzas before and that was not the procedure. He told me that’s how it is now if I want a pizza. He was talking like one Smiley’s homies in Training Day. I asked to speak to the on duty manager and he said, «I am the manager.» I about died laughing. Pop Copy!
I wrote a complaint on the Round Table corporate web site. I got a call a couple of days later from the owner. He told me that was indeed the new policy and he would love it if I would still be his customer. He offered me a free pizza. Still, I have to say that he was patronizing, and in a way more rude than the kid. It is obvious that it is not a nice place to work. I declined his free pizza and just get pizza from Skipolini’s or Rocco’s now. If I need a delivery I do Mary’s. What a joke this place was. I’m appreciative and proud that I will never again be their customer. I only regret they got so much of my money before.

This Round Table location is my location for home delivery, and they always bring my orders quickly and perfectly made! Locals know Round Table is about as good as it gets — seriously their bubbly crust, zesty red sauce and cheese blend is INCREDIBLE. While I am very loyal to my half-​hawaiian, half-​pepperoni order, they also make a great King Arthur Supreme! This location also allows for online ordering which is great (I’m so happy the days of «Round Table, please hold *click*!» are behind me), and the delivery people are very friendly and arrive with coupons, peppers and parmesan packets galore.
