I’ve been coming here since 2010 and have to say, i absolutely LOVE coming here to get all my beauty must haves. I went in yesterday and was so thankful and grateful for the fantastic customer service! She helped me pick out a few items that i had questions about and pointed me in the right direction. Super informative and patient.

Pretty good selection. They don’t carry Kerastase which I thought was odd, considering Loreal owns Salon Centric. The woman helping us took an hour to assist me setting up my salon centric account. She was very slow and appeared to not have any training whatsoever on the register. Meanwhile 2 separate customers needing help, left the store. I don’t blame them considering it had been 30 minutes since they had been waiting to be rung up. After calling neighboring stores or possibly her coworkers to help her she got frustrated and could not figure out how to use the computer. She later said that she has been a hairstylist all her life but has never used a computer before… I ended up leaving without my account being open, was not able to buy anything in the store. She apologized and said she felt terrible that she took this long and could not figure out how to sign me up. Walked in at 3:00pm left at 4:15 pm. Salon Centric please train your employees.

I can’t say enough about the staff here. They are amazing. Always willing to help. Find products if they’re out, or order them for you. They’re always up to date on what’s new, and willing to offer advice if they know anything about it. The store is always clean and well organized.

I was getting my car fixed, saw the store nearby, and decided to look around. They have a sign on the door that states licensed hair professionals only and that’s fine– I just wouldn’t buy anything. But instead, I was KICKEDOUTOFTHEIRSTORE! Rude.

I love coming here to get my beauty essentials! Unfortunately, I am a beauty school drop out so I need my aunt who has her cosmo license to shop here. So when I come, I make the best of it and stock up! Oh and I guess it’s called SalonCentric now. Whatevs, it’s still Maly’s to me. This is a wholesale beauty supply store. They have great hair, skin and nail products. My friend works here too so she’s very helpful. They have a great selection of products. I wish they had It’s a 10 and Paul Mitchell and I would rate it 5 stars. Unfortunately, this causes a separate trip to Cosmoprof to fulfill my needs.
