Belmont, CA
5 stars for a budget motel. Clean with everything changed and cups washed for us daily. Instant one cup serving coffee, tea with creamer and sugar provided daily. 2 mugs in the cabinet. Decent size fridge, microwave. Very friendly service. We had a little switch on off fireplace which was on when we arrived at 9pm and the room was warm and welcoming. Spent 3 nights. Grocery store next door. Nichols West 5 minute walk. Would not hesitate to return.

San Diego, CA
This place was very comfortable and affordable. Great AC and a kitchenette. Sheets, floors, and towels very clean. It is the smallest motel in Arizona, apparently. We enjoyed our quick stay!
