Poor Service and Roaches!!! We have been going there every once in a wile to eat this year cause my boyfriend likes it. However there service is very poor. We have order our son drinks before and the would not bring it even after asking 2 or 3 times and, I have to flag people down for refills every time we go. The food is ok there are a few things I like but, if you go about a hour before they get ready to close they will not refill the food… Now back in November of 2013 me and my boyfriend went with some friends. We got are food sat down started eating and, a roach ran out of his plate then another one across the table!!! We told them we did not want to pay cause we had only took a few bites. She said we would have to pay anyway she would just take off my friends daughter food who was 7 at the time. Then her excuse was«The roaches get a lot worse in the summer…» Which is nasty they should not have them at all. We have not seen any this year but another review on here said there was 4 months ago. I believe it a 100% so I don’t think we will be going back for a wile.

My family and I went in to eat. We got our plates and sat down. My husband found a roach leg on his sweet and sour chicken. We got up and left. We will never eat there again.

***update*** 12−21−16 there are 2 newly opened hibachi/Asian fusion restaurants in town and now New China Buffet is adding a hibachi buffet area. I added a star for the hibachi, it makes for an even better experience and adds to the value of the meal. Mine tasted great each time. ***update: the quality has improved over the past month or so(beginning of 2015). Foods are hot, they’ve added a beef roast(at times) and rice noodles are available more often. There are more onions and vegetables in the dishes than usual. An all you can eat/stomach buffet for lunch and then at dinner. It boasts over 300 items. 1 dessert bar that contains banana pudding, chocolate pudding, fruit, two different colors Jello, various cakes and cookies, majority made in-bulk and off premises, brought in frozen. 1 bar contains baked salmon, mushrooms, cobblers, a variety of dishes with shrimp, pork, and imitation crab. 1 bar contains one style of pizza-usually pepperoni, several deep fried items such as okra, chicken nuggets, fries, a couple of mystery foods, fish, chicken-on-a-stick, corn nuggets and spring rolls. 1 bar contains hibachi chicken, steamed dumplings, meat balls, meat patties in liquid, wonton soup, egg drop soup, fried wontons, and macaroni and cheese and at times a seafood soup. 1 bar has rice noodles, fried rice, steamed rice, lo mein dish, pork and vegetables, beef and broccoli, shrimp with zucchini, and hot pork. 1 bar has a variety of «odd» salads, boiled shrimp, raw oysters, and boiled crawfish. 1 bar has lemon slices, pickled ginger, wasabi and sushi. The sushi is only vegetable rolls(avacado, cucumber and carrot). There is a sushi bar that you walk up to and special order sushi with raw seafoods. Most of the time you only have to special order during lunch hours. There is an ice cream selection of up to 8 flavors. There is always plenty of available tables, it’s a rather large building. Lunch prices are rather high during the weekend and costs two people $ 25.00 for two buffets and one drink. That is too rich for my lunch blood. They celebrated their 9 year anniversary last month and lunch was only $ 5.29. I took advantage of the lower price by dining a few times before it expired. I eat the same things every time, sushi, Lo Mein with sauce from the mushrooms poured over, broccoli from the beef and broccoli. Round two is more broccoli, BBQ pork and shrimp with zucchini. Finish off with pudding and Jello. They have menus at the pay counter but I have never seen anyone order off the menu. For to go orders you pay by the weight of your full to go box.

Never being a fan of Buffet’s, this place offers some fresh delish food. In front of Walmart in a strip mall, this restaurant is very large. Truly the most popular place in town. Décor is soft hues of brown and orange. Very clean, comfy booths and tables that can accommodate large groups, several different rooms. Service is very good. From the moment you sit down you are greeted, your drinks arrive, constantly refilled, dirty plates removed asap. The month that I was in town we came here for lunch and dinner at least five times. The food quality is above average. Fresh and so much of a selection. There are about six different station’s set up with a huge salad bar, sushi bar, fried foods, grilled foods, vegetables, potatoes, fries, and a large dessert and fresh fruit bar. Four different soups offered daily. The wonton soup was my favorite. They even have an American bar, with hamburgers, pizza, chicken tenders, etc… The place is spotless clean and the food is tasty and fresh. You can definitely over eat here if you are not careful. Always packed with guest but it is so large you never have to wait. Lunch is $ 7.99 and dinner is $ 10.99. What a deal!!! If you stick to all the grilled foods and away from the dessert table, you leave filled and happy. Check them out, you can not beat the price and the deliciousness of the food.

For some ‘what were we thinking’ reason, we bought a retirement house in Corinth… spent a year in Corinth fixing it up to sell ASAP… but that’s another story. This oriental buffet was the salvation of our stay in Corinth! As these buffets go, this one is really GOOD… rises way above most… especially the others in the region. Corinth is an eating out wasteland… with this exception… and perhaps Dilworths NE Mississippi Tamale. That too is another story. The corinth ‘slugburger’ deserves to remain a regional oddity. This particular buffett is well worth the trip… and we know!
