AIM Mail Center

I always receive friendly, courteous, and with-​a-​smile service from all the ladies at this mail center. They go out of their way to serve. Their prices are reasonable and I gladly pay for the convenience and exceptional service. It’s not unusual to see these hard working girls helping several people at once in line (or, at a minimum, acknowledging anyone who’s waiting). I highly recommend this mail center.

I’ve been using this location to drop box’s off for FedEx and UPS, for many years. They have provided decent service, let’s say neither outstanding, nor inconsiderate customer service. However, recently I was dropping of a prepaid UPS box and asked for a little tape and they wanted $ 1.00. I could understand if it were several box’s, or a large box, but probably only needed 8−10″, to secure the label. I left and gave it to the UPS driver in the parking lot. Ridiculous to be charged and lose a customer, over a few inches of tape that cost them a few pennies.

The owner is so rude. She clearly does not know how to deal with people and when my husband went in there for a passport photo (and it was clearly wrong) they wouldn’t do anything about it. She claimed no one has returned the photo in the ten years she has been doing them and oh what a surprise ours got returned. I explained when I was in the store that we do not live in California and theres no way I can return it when it gets rejected. I called the office and told whoever answered that the extremely rude lady that took the photo and didn’t change it when I confronted her didn’t do her job right and I want my money back. The rude lady is apparently the owner and got on the phone saying «Yes this is the rude lady blah blah since apparently you don’t live here blah blah.» Seriously, how rude can you be. As if I’m lying about where I live or something. We are stationed in a different state. Clearly if we are stationed somewhere else then I have no way of returning to your little store to return it myself. I have nothing good to say about this mail center.
