The $ 1 promo on Unilocal is a bit misleading as they prorate the 1^st month and you must pay in full on the 1^st of the next month regardless of what date you move in… i.e. the promo is only good for what’s left of the current month, so if you don’t move in at the beginning of the month, you don’t really get the full value of the promotion.

Have had a storage unit there for about seven months. Everyone is very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend renting a storage unit from them.
