Last night, I ordered online as usual and the wait said 67 minutes, which I was willing to wait for an hour so I placed my order. An hour and a half goes by and online it says my pizza was delivered 20 minutes ago(I’m assuming they make sure their tracker says they did the job because it would have looked bad if they put down what really happened) cause it took over two hours to get my meal and that included us having to call and threaten to cancel our order. When the deliver girl got to the house our food was cold. We had paid for extra sauces and a 2 liter of soda which we did not get. And the girl told us that the person answering the phone wasn’t telling people there was a 3 hour wait because then people wouldn’t buy their pizza(which yes that is true but you should be honest so people aren’t waiting until 8−9pm to eat dinner) & that we could call the manager and get a free pizza next time. It was very inconvenient and unprofessional.

They were pretty fast to deliver the pizza to my hotel, but the pizza was empty. There was much less toppings than the regular pizza I am used to get from Doninos. I was extremely disappointed. If you want to eat a pizza with almost bread only, order here.

I have ordered from here before and never had a problem. Tonight not only did it take an HOUR to get here after it left the store, it was COLD! I even called the store for a status update and they told me the driver had a lot to deliver and then said okay bye and hung up! Not impressed but I guess what should I really expect from a Domino’s after all.

Yes, I’m reviewing a Domino’s because this particular Domino’s really needs to be appreciated for their customer service. So, my pizzas are never cheap, because I have to do the gluten free crust, and then I swap out mozzarella for a ton of feta. Not once have they messed up my order, something other pizza places seem to be in the habit of doing. I can’t eat mozzarella, so when it’s messed up and arrives with mozzarella, I have to pick off EVERYTHING and essential settle for saucy bread. I recently moved back to the area, and my apartment is in a gated back alley area. The driver was super patient while I navigated down the stairs, and around to the gate… in a full knee brace, and even offered to help me if I needed help back up to my apartment.(By this point I was a pro at the immobilizer so I declined.) They have staff that doesn’t just view their job as their job, drop off pizzas, and rush to the next deliver in an attempt to get the next tip(because a lot of delivery drivers behave that way), they actually employ people who care about the customer experience.

Best Domino’s I’ve been to. Always very professional, and nice. Not only are they the best pizza on the island(I don’t like the local pizza places on the island) I think they’re better than the other pizza chains. I go here probably more than I should, but it’s so cheap and delicious, I can’t stop. I always have fun talking to the people here. It’s good food and good times. You guys are awesome, and I know you check these reviews. Just keep doing you!

Delievery was fast but was very upset with the turn out. Ordered the stuffed cheese bread, there was no cheese in the middle just two pieces of bread and melted cheese on top. Ordered there thin crust pizza WOULDNOTRECOMMEND. Hardly any toppings(maybe that’s because when I got the pizza half of it was on the other half). The guy was in a rush and handed me the receipt and I was iffy on leaving a tip but it wasn’t his fault. Was not impressed with this place which sucks because I just moved here to.

Run! Don’t walk away! WORSTPLACEEVER! Stayed at a hotel, ordered a pizza. It was missing half the items I PAID for! The other items on the pizza were so minimum I would have to call the pizza a cheese pizza with 5 olives and 7 salami slices! I asked for pepper flakes and was told you had to pay extra for them and he didn’t have any anyway. NO plates, forks, etc. HELLO I am at a hotel! I complained and got NO reply. Wish I could give negative stars! SO disappointed and they never addressed my complaint!

I am still trying to figure out how it can take over 30 minutes to drive five minutes to deliver my order not happy with their delivery services at all. Officially done with this store only ordered today because they were the only place still open.

A regular dominos tucked away I’m a little shopping center. They usually take a while to bring out my pizza because their delivery is popular. It’s a good option if you’re not willing to pay for a pizza that’s over 20 dollars.

This domino’s has a nice staff, and they are helpful. We had a messed up order, and they were prompt and courteous to fix it. We eat here often, and only have had this happen once. Great pan pizzas, friendly staff! :-)

I love the new dominoes and this one seemed like it may even be a little more delicious than the others. Or maybe I was just that hungry. Hand pan is the way to go.

The thin Pizza is pretty good and the online ordering is easy. Unfortunately it’s about a 50 – 50 chance you will actually get what you order.

Great pizza! Fresh, tasty & hot. Fast and friendly delivery too. It looks like they have sandwichs now also.

For $ 5.99, Domino’s makes a pretty good sandwich. I was passing through, looking to have a sandwich for lunch at the beach nearby, but the line at the Subway was clearly WAYTOOLONG. As I walked pass Subway, I saw a sign for Domino’s Pizza… I figured, they might have something interesting. Lo and behold, Domino’s serves HOT Sandwiches. And the beauty of it all was, THERE’S NOLINE. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich and it didn’t take long for them to make it. As a matter of fact, I got the sandwich off of one session of playing Sodoku(on my phone.) As I sat by the beach(by the Hotel Del Coronado) the sandwich I ate was pretty good. Mind you, this wasn’t a HUGE sandwich(what do you expect for $ 5.99) but it was pretty filling. I kinda wish that they had fountain drinks instead of bottled ones(I kinda like my ice in a drink on a nice sunny day at the beach.) The only crime I can find with this Domino’s Pizza location is it’s location. Unless you walk towards it(underground,) you can easily miss this place. That being said, I’d choose this place over Subway next door any day of the week. Trust me when I say this: On a lunch break, TIMEISEVERYTHING and I saw the same people still waiting in line at Subway JUSTTOORDER a sandwich as I walked out with the one I had just made at Domino’s.

I order delivery from this store once a week. This is a well-run franchise. The new pizzas are quite good — -and the baked sandwiches are excellent! I use my «Shoprunner» delivery membership to avoid paying Domino’s 3 dollar delivery charge. I refuse to pay this delivery fee AND tip the driver — - so with the Shoprunner membership, my money goes to the driver. Otherwise, how can any business justify adding $ 3.00 to the food order for delivery to a small area. Maybe they should simply price that cost into the product and spread it around to everyone. The drivers for this store are prompt and professional and courteous. Dominos has upped their game!

Ugh!!! I detest fast food, but this has the best quickie take-out/delivery on the island! The pizza joint that calls itself the best pizza place in town is… *ack*. This is so do-able when you have a tired hungry crew and you have nothing(energy, time, etc) left in the tank!!!

Ok folks, I don’t usually take the time to write a review on a pizza chain but I have to comment. The new Dominos is definitely worth a try if you haven’t had it recently. The thin crust is NOTGREASY like at other pizza places. The crust does not appear deep fried, but is instead light and crispy. Perfect compliment to the new spicy sauce they use and lots of veggies. If you don’t believe me, try it for yourself.
