No star this piece of shit establishment if it were possible. How in the hell is this the only burger chain on base? This is fucking ridiculous.

Always always always! Check your order when they give it to you. They jack it up 4 out of 5 times. The drive through system is slow compared to other locations. This place needs to hire people with a high school degree it seems… im talking about the older workers mainly.

Love this McDonald’s. They always have what I want. Tonight Brionna has been the best waitress I’ve had for the last two years I’ve been going to this restaurant! Thank you for the great customer service!

The food came out as ordered so this McDonalds has that going for them. All else is a toss out the window. The food tastes like it has been sitting on the shelf for hours and the employees don’t seem engaged at all. You have to wonder what they are paying them because it’s clearly not enough. I think this place exists to take advantage of the fact that Navy employees can’t find anywhere else to go on base. And that’s a real shame because I’ve eaten at plenty of McD’s and most have been great. This place is a terrible blight on the name of the company and its doors should be shuttered.

Customer Service is horrible, they never greet or smile; food is never fresh, over salted or drenched in oil; FINALLY they always get something wrong… it’s convenient because it’s a drive thru on base but it’s just not worth it. I’d rather drive to another McDonalds before I eat here again, THEYSUCK!

I don’t know why I’ve tried going here as many times as I have. They never have what I want. Their shake machine was broken, then the next time I wanted an ice cream cone and their ice cream machine was broken. I just sat in line for 30 minutes and then ordered a dipped cone, which I have gotten there before and they tell me they don’t sell those. So my husband orders a shake and gives them his credit card and they ask if we have cash because their machine was down… after sitting there for so long! And you don’t even have the chance to leave the drive thru line because they trap you in. I won’t be going here again. It’s a nightmare every single time.

Well it would be a normal McDonald’s if they ever had any yogurt parfaits in stock but I’m 1 for 6 days so far and they had one. Also you might as well order then start a game of monopoly you’ll finish before you get your food. Not sure what the issue is but if your not peddling difficult or good food it should at least be fast

Great location, but the food is over salted(specifically the fries) and they are ALWAYS out of sweet tea. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had to order here today, because I only had a few minutes for lunch. Willing to understand the waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes due to it being on base and lots of people go here due to their lunch break being short. Ordered a Crispy chicken club sandwich and asked for no mayo, and replace with ranch. Upon returning to work and being able to check my food, I open the sandwich box to discover that not 1 thing about my sandwich was correct. They doubled down on the mayo, gave me bacon that looked as if it was thoroughly burned through, there was no swiss cheese on the sandwich, which is the only reason I really choose this sandwich, and the icing on the cake was that it was a grilled chicken, not crispy. This isn’t the first time I’ve had my meal messed up here, and I finally made a Unilocal account just to recommend other people to avoid this place if at all possible. In the past I’ve ordered a Chocolate Chip Frap, with no whipped cream or the chocolate/caramel spread on top. How do you mess this up? I’ll tell you how, you double the amount of whipped cream and put a massive amount of chocolate spread on top of it. The only way I will be eating here again is if I have less than 20 minutes to grab food and return to work.

Made our first in store visit yesterday. The person taking our order was friendly but apparently hard of hearing or thought she knew best what we should order. The order we got was NOT what we ordered. When my husband asked for a refill of tea, the person did not put his lid on securely and the tea poured out all over my husbands clothes and shoes. The taste of the food once we got our order was marginal at best. The fries were cold and tasteless and the rest of our order was just as bad.

The food here is overly salted and a mess! Also ordered a snack size mcflurry, but for some reason ended up with a half eaten mcflurry. Like seriously? AND their new«fresh» baked pastries were cold and hard, anything but fresh! Disgusting!

I want to like this place because it’s conveniently located on base. The food is made well most of the time, no sloppily made burgers, No under made breakfast burritos. But every time… ‘Every Time’ I come here and get a combo with fries, I never get a full box of fries. For example, if I ordered medium fries, the actual amount of fries I would get is equivalent to a full bag of small fries. If I got a large, I would get a full medium box worth of fries. Though they’re well made, I never get the full amount. Other Micky D’s I go to always gets it in the bag, but not this one for some reason… It’s probably because it’s busy and they’re trying to save some fries for everyone, maybe. But I used to work at a Mcky D’s and we always kept them coming. Well Other than that, the drive-through gets really packed sometimes. Parking lot is small, so when you got both it’s a bit tight to maneuver also considering that there’s only one driveway to enter and exit. The road may also get busy at times so be careful when pulling out of the lot! There have been accidents here, especially from not being careful when making left turns during rush hour.

It’s a McDonald’s so you know what to expect. Prices are same wait times can be horrendous during the breakfast or lunch rush but usually aren’t that bad. Customer service year has always been friendly and fairly prompt.

I been off of Unilocal for a while now. What made me come back??? Here is my review. I odered a double qtr pounder w/cheese meal, large w/an ice tea and extra crispy fries. On the screen, I see«well done» for the burger so I corrected them but, the screen never changed. I paid and clarified my order to the cashier who radioed the clarification and even called it out loud to the kitchen. I pulled up to pick up my order and the non English speaking lady handed me a sweet tea. I informed her that I wanted a regular iced tea. She turned around, put it down, played stupid for a few seconds, picked up the same cup and told me it was regular ice tea in a sweet tea cup. Okay, whatever. She then handed me my order. I don’t mind the well done patties but, I specificly asked for extra crispy fries and she handed me cold, limp soggy fries. I told her that I ordered extra crispy fries at which point she quickly snapped back with, «they are». That pissed me off so, I picked up a fry and showed it to her. She said, «it crispy», At this point, I handed her the container of soggy fries and told her in a stern tone, I want a large order of crispy fries. She spoke in tagalog to someone and asked me to pull around and someone will bring me my fries. I pulled around, parked, took a sip of my ice tea, just to find out it was sweet tea. I am diabetic so, now I am ticked. I went in, explained the cituation to a staff member and at that time my fries were ready. No one has to go thru all I went thru. This is b.s.

This is by far the worst of all the McDonalds. You’d think that it being on a Nanal base it would be held to a higher standard. The wait is always way too long, even if they are fully staffed and there are onlly a couple of customers. Evrytime I go there is always something that goes wrong, whether they screw up my order or they dont have what I paid for.

They say Mc D’s is Mc D’s whereever you are. I have been to a Mc Donalds in Italy and they had baby octopus in their salads. Yes they had salads. In fact they had a salad bar and you can get add a visit to the salad bar to any meal for 2 bucks. So I don’t agree that they are all the same. And the one at Naval Air Station is definately a little different than others. I like to go here for breakfast. They are super fast, which if you are going to mcdonalds, that’s probably something you value. The food is not always great but if you’re not satisfied with something, they’ll fix it in a hurry. The other day I came here and they handed me a brick and called it a hashbrown. Before I drove off, I slid it out from it’s protective paper sleeve and asked, what is this? The lady said, one second sir. She came back with two golden brown hashbrowns and all was right with the world. This isn’t a mcdonalds I woud go out of my way to visit. But it fits the bill.
