Golden Nails

Very unhappy with my last visit here. My mother and I wanted to have a manicure date and decided to come here because we had gone here a few other times and liked it. We arrived around 7:15 on a Wednesday evening and told them what we wanted. They sat us down at the same time and begin working immediately. The male attendant I had sat down and was rude from the beginning. He complained several times that I had waited too long to do my nails (I had received an SNS mani about a month prior from there) and because of that he had to take them all off instead of refilling. But they charge extra to do that anyway. He was rushing through the whole process and was being so rough with the tools that I started bleeding on one of my cuticles. Instead of apologizing, he laughed about it. As he was dipping my nails, he kept hurrying me to dry them with the fan, then kept pulling my arms back towards him. Right when he finished, he stood up quickly and said «Good I’m done, now I get to go home» and practically ran out the door. I went to sit next to my mom and the lady had barely began dipping her nails. I had to wait about 25 – 30 minutes for her to finish because mine was so rushed. Needless to say, he did not do a good job and left a glob of gel on one of my nails. One of the other workers was nice enough to sand it off. I will say the lady my mother got was very nice and gentle and did a wonderful job on my mother. However, I will never come back here. I have never in my life been treated so rudely and with such disrespect at a nail salon. Would not recommend this place due to the lack of consistency in workers. There are many other salons that are much better.

Cheap pedicure, not that good. The tools weren’t taken out of a sanitized bag, idk how clean they are :/​/​? Hey solve alcoholic beverages but like I said pedicure wasn’t that good, he didn’t even get all the dead skin off my heel. 3 stars because regardless my pedicure looks pretty

I love this place. I went in for the first time yesterday, and they were excellent. Very friendly, very professional, and took their time with my nails. I will definitely come back.

People are always friendly and fast. They do a great job. Stop in… no appointment necessary.

Wish I could leave zero stars for this place. You couldn’t PAY me to go back! My sister just got back from being overseas. We wanted to have a sister day and get a mani and pedi. I parked the car and my sister was in the middle of telling me a story. So when we walked into the nail salon, we told them what we needed, 2 manis and 2 pedis and we wanted to sit next to each other. I’m not sure why this would’ve been an issue because it was around 12 o’clock on a Monday and the place was empty with the exception of 2 other patrons. They looked at us like we were aliens, said no, and directed each of us to opposite sides of the nail salon. Ok, whatevs, no big deal. So, that left a bad taste in our mouthes. As if I wasn’t already mad enough, we waited 20 more minutes. After texting my sister and agreeing we would just go somewhere else, we get up to leave and all hell breaks loose. A lady (I’m assuming is the owner) says we have to stay and pay and she wasn’t going to let us leave. Um, pay for what? To sit in your chairs? After telling the psycho very nicely that we weren’t paying for anything because we didn’t have anything done, she then grabs me by the arm and forcefully said we weren’t going anywhere. I almost blacked out from being so pissed off at this woman, who does she think she is putting her hands on me?! After going global on her and a few other employees that got involved, my sister and I left and haven’t been back since. This place is a joke. I should have used my pepper spray.

They use quality products, I have never had nails chip or break. They have great technicians. That are very personable and friendly. The spa is always clean and comfortable. One of my favorite nail spas!

I came in as a walk-​in for a pedicure. I got quick service and a nice pedicure. I also dropped my phone in the foot bath! A quick thinking employee grabbed my phone, dried it off and set in front of a fan to dry. Thankfully it still works! I will come back here again.

I’m in town because of my friend’s engagement party and decided to get a manicure because she gets her nails done there. Worse experience ever. First the girl dunked my hands in COLD water then she hardly put any cuticle remover on my fingers just tapped them as if she was putting the product. I was looking for her license and no where to be seen only the guy’s that was sitting next to her which made me a bit nervous. I thought this was bad until she took out the cuticle cutter from her DRAWER!!! I thought they were supposed to be in a package when sanitized or sit in the blue liquid. She hardly spoke English which once again made me doubt she was even licensed and when she was done she got up and left. I went to the front and I see her massaging her boyfriend’s hand and I was like wow!!! Thanks for letting me know you were done. NEVER coming back and I’m close to reporting a complaint to the state. Disgusting is all I have to say.
