Couldn’t believe the male cashier when I asked him to wipe the table when it needed it. He wiped a small area on my side of the long table and he left the plastic lid and bread crumbs on the rest of the table. Why he couldn’t clean the rest of table was just lazy on his part…

This is a subpar Starbucks. Unfortunately, due to size, there’s very limited seating so it’s not great to sit for a while or work. The bathrooms are mall bathrooms, so if you have a laptop you need to leave it in the café and walk a few stores down to use the restroom. There are charging stations for phone charging, who is very helpful, but they’re all at bar-seating so not helpful for space to spread out or use a laptop. The drinks here aren’t made to the usual Starbucks standard — if you ask for extra hot, it doesn’t usually make a difference in the temperature of the drink. Service isn’t the best, the people tend to be quite slow. That said, the line is never very long so the time it takes to make a drink is quick. Overall, a below average Starbucks, but definitely good for a quick coffee.

Zero customer service. Both times I’ve been here the two young gentleman working give no acknowledgement when I walk in, not even a «what can I get for you today?» at the register. Last time I was here I walked up to the counter, started telling the guy what I wanted and he rung me up. I handed him my card and he asked me to sign my receipt and that was it. There was an awkward moment where we just stood there staring at each other so I said«Thank you. Have a great evening» his response was«uhh yeah». Unfortunately they are a stereotype of young kids working a part time job with zero work ethic that could not care less about their guests. I’m not asking for much but as a guest I shouldn’t feel like my business is unwelcome since it cuts into their chill time

I ordered an iced black tea with strawberry juice and they gave me pure strawberry juice instead. The wait time was really long too even though there were not that many people. I’m very unsatisfied with today’s visit. That’s all I got to say.

I love coming here for a break and getting some coffee togo. The service is fast and efficient and plenty of seating. The outdoor area is great and its always a nice weather there in Corte Madera. Every time I come here i’m created with a great huge smile and welcoming employees. Its a great place to just meet up or go on a date and its very casual. I like this starbucks compared to a lot of the other locations as the people here are efficient with the orders.

I went in today and the Starbucks delivered everything that a regular Starbucks should. I was greeted with a smile. I was able to order my drink quickly, and out came something delicious. There is plenty of seating inside and outside and it is a really nice place to grab a cup of coffee and a small snack.

I go to about 10 Starbucks in the area. This is one of the most I go to on a regular basis, Their is about two good employees. I get the exactly the same thing at all Starbucks and you would be surprised the percentage of employees that screw up my simple order. That is the reason I go to so many different places. Its amazing how simple my three letter name is they always mess up my name. You would think by visiting the same place every day by now they would know my name and order. I always have to explain my order and my name every time. Poor service. I would like even a hello or sometime when I walk up to the cash register. Not a chance. I guess its the culture here in Marin to not speak just stare at the customers. I miss the south where everybody speaks and says hello. This is why I give this place two stars.

S-L-O-W!!! Employees moving at a snail’s pace. I got to the register and waited probably 5 minutes watching them ignore me. No apologies for the wait. Delivery of drink at the end was mumbled and careless. Have never been in a Starbucks with a sadder attitude.

Fix those plugs by the banquet please. The plugs don’t stay in. This is such an easy fix and would eliminate a lot if frustration. It is also always cold in there. Friendly staff, like that they have a clover. Fix the plugs and turn off the air conditioner please.

If you have plenty of time on your hands and want to kill twenty to maybe thirty minutes of your life at a Starbucks, this is a place for you. Forget about customer service, greeting with a smile, or even asking for additional napkins when the containers are empty. Because if you lower your expectations, you’ii never be disappointed. I had inquire about my pastry that I had ordered to the barista and her reply is «you gotta go over there, and talk to them» …so getting back in line is not the option. The pastry order was incorrect, but I was not about to challenge their thinking which would require additional time taken away from people currently waiting in line to order. Overall the experience was entertaining, and not so rewarding.

I’m a huge fan of Starbuck’s but as one who often works remotely my experience here was just plain frustrating as the outlets here were so worn out that my laptop charger would not stay plugged in. Having just settled in to get a quick bit of work done over a coffee this was just plain frustrating to say the least. Let’s get those outlets fixed folks.

What can I say about Corte Madera. It is pricey, it is fancy, and well, its a starbucks. The good thing is I have never waited in a long line ever, and I enjoy the neighboring shopping so eh, why not.

I’m just starting to return to this location more often. As one reviewer here mentions, Starbucks inherited a difficult space, yet they’ve made it easy to get in and out, and sometimes, it’s even possible to find a nook to relax into. The more I’m here, the more I appreciate how very nicely the staff handles the tight quarters and keeps waiting customers calm. I’ll be stopping in again this week.

This used to be one of my favorites. Maybe because I knew the operations behind this tiny little store but now it all seems so distant… if that makes sense. The drinks are made typically well but the service isn’t anything to speak highly of. Maybe it’s the well-to-do Corte Madera clientele that give these Baristas their hard-edge, but I’ve never been impressed.

I love this place mainly because early in the morning when I’m up at writing at a coffee shop, this is THE perfect place to be because it’s quiet and few people are there. Of course the coffee is terrific. The people are upbeat and friendly. This place used to be Tully’s before it became Starbucks. The shape of the room was difficult. Miraculously Starbucks seemed to have hired a genius interior decorator because they’ve totally made the space work! This means there is a nice secluded section where you can write in peace, if you’re a writer :-) Highly recommended, just don’t come early in the morning and crowed me out :-)

Starbucks is starbucks. A menu that is familiar, coffee that is drinkable-ish. I go because I get gift certificates. And because paying on my phone with the app is pretty awesome. That new refresher drink tastes like crap though. Thank god it was free, so I didn’t feel awful tossing it in the trash. Bleh.

Honestly, I am so glad this Starbucks took over Tully’s! It is literally the only Starbucks I have been to where I am able to sit down and get stuff done. I came here one Tuesday afternoon to work on my job search and it was completely quiet and relaxing. Although there is a constant flow of people, most tend not to stick around. Most importantly, the baristas make my drink perfectly unlike most places where the coffee tastes burnt. I have come back numerous times without a complaint. I owe it to this Starbucks for my interviews. Helpful hint: don’t forget to sign up for a membership and register your giftcards! There are tons of perks. My favorites are the free syrups and free refills!

I visited this Starbucks recently. I received outstanding service from Kara and Gosha, who were both friendly and engaging. Kara made my favorite drink, a caramel macchiato, and was extremely fast and accurate. I will definitely return to see my new favorite baristas in the near future! :-)

Starbucks is new to this side of the Corte Madera mall, Town Center. Having displace one of the few remaining Tully’s around here, I wasn’t exactly thrilled to welcome another SB. That said, the location is quintessential Starbucks – well laid out, pleasant vibe, deep coffee coloring to the walls, an competently made drinks served by nice people.
