My husband and I have to add our highest praise to the rest of Chris’ happy customers. We hired Chris and an assistant to shoot our wedding last summer and were THRILLED with the choice. He had shot other weddings at our venue site (most recently for a groom who is a National Geographic photographer), and as the daughter of the venue owner, we now recommend Chris on our extremely short list of preferred vendors. Chris is the IDEAL photographer– supremely talented (he can create a beautiful shot even in poor conditions/​no time to think), incredibly easy to be around (I felt like I had known him forever), and very professional. I learned through researching wedding photographers that there is a big difference between good photographers and GREAT photographers, and you will see it in your pictures. Do yourself a favor and ENJOY having Chris shoot for you. We sure did!

We met Chris years ago at a friend’s wedding (before we were engaged) and knew right away that we should hire him for our wedding! I can truly say our wedding this year in Sun Valley Idaho would not have been the same (or as much fun) without Chris. He is detailed, professional, and tons of fun to hang out with too — which helps when you’re hosting a destination wedding. We loved all of the candid photos that Chris took and that he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we didn’t have to stress about anything — and to ensure that he was truly capturing «us» and our unique style.

Working with Chris on our wedding and engagement photos was a blast. He couldn’t be nicer, is always smiling, and gets great shots surprisingly quickly.
His style is artistic/​journalistic in that he captures candid, well-​composed shots but will also suggest that you adjust your body so you don’t look completely awkward. My sister’s wedding photographer wouldn’t do that, and we ended up looking pretty awkward in a few shots (e.g., necks stretched, hands in weird places).
His turn around time was AMAZING– we had our digital images in a couple of weeks. Many photographers guarantee your digital photos within the YEAR but quicker if you buy very expensive prints/​albums from them. Chris is an honest businessman AND a talented artist. Even more, he’s a pleasure to be around, and that goes a long way in the stressful hustle and bustle of your wedding day.

We operate Zenith Vineyard, a wedding and events site in the Willamette Valley and as such we have had the opportunity to work with many photographers. Chris does outstanding work and is our go-​to personal photographer as well. Zenith LOVES working with Chris Becerra!
