This company is crooked and to be avoided. We scheduled a repair with them to install new felt on our pool table. They wouldn’t come out to measure themselves. Then when the installer, who was super rude, arrived to install the new felt, he wouldn’t complete the install because the measurements were off by a few inches. Apparently the pool table was an oversized 8 foot table compared to just a standard 8 foot. If you can believe it, he demanded $ 20 for gas even though Corvallis is only 10 miles away.
We decided to go with a more pleasant company for the repair, so we called cancelled the install. Then the company notified us that they were keeping the deposit of $ 125 that they took for the install even though they didn’t perform any of the work.
Bad business! Avoid.
