I had the privilege to attend BREATHE OC Magazines: Soft Launch Party at Mother Tree Sanctuary in Costa Mesa.

For those who came early enough to obtain a spot, Scott Winslow conducted a complimentary yoga session. The session was more of a beginner skill level which had plenty of opportunities for free form positions.
Vegan bites were available for partygoers from 118 Degrees, Canary Cupcakes, Whole Foods HB & anyone who brought something for potluck.

I availed myself of The Water Brewery’s Aquae A.M.O.R.E. water, which stands for alkalized, mineralized, oxygenated, restructured & energized.
