Had my sons birthday party here tonight(DIDNOTGET A PARTYDEAL) I suggest using the coupons… Much cheaper… This place has seriously gone down since I was a kid, there are half the games and the jungle gym is so much smaller, there are half the games… It was just not the CHUCK E CHEESE we all remember… Had fun for a little but OVER it fastbut it could have been a better time for sure… And the staff was a bunch of young people(not hating on young people) but they clearly acted there age by only speaking Spanish about people out by the games and put on the floor… I speak Spanish, only if they had said something about me I would have walked out then! Hope all these negative reviews will bring back the OGCHUCK E CHEESE!

I had a GREAT experience here for my daughters 4th birthday party. We did an 11am-1pm party time and the kids had so much fun! There were 18 kids and we got two long tables near the center of the room. We held it in a Sunday which was kind of nice because there weren’t a ton of birthdays going on. We brought in our own decorations and cake. The kids loved it and their toys/games were all great for this age. I’d say age 3 – 7 would love it here. I read some reviews saying the pizza was bad but all the adults in my party were shocked at how good it was! I was pleasantly surprised at how well it all turned out and I would definitely recommend this location to my friends. Everything was also very clean despite some other conflicting reviews.

I can only compare this to the one in Fullerton because that is my go to CEC. But this location, I actually liked it! I liked the set up of everything here(rides, tables, salad bar). The staff was young but we’re very proactive with the customers. Definitely friendly and helpful. I thought that this location was CLEAN too! They do a great job maintaining the place, especially with the salad bar. I was so happy to see a fresh, pretty, green, salad bar! With everything kept to its container, my anxiety level dropped whew! I would definitely come back here when I’m in the area!

Decent sized Chuck E. Cheese. Tokens are 33 cents(3 for $ 1). My major complaint is that they hyped up Chuck E Cheese(the real one!!!)coming out to take pics with kids and give out free tickets. They play a recording that tells all the kids to gather around for Chuck E. They countdown for 5 minutes and my nieces along with other kids were jumping up and down, hands clasped together anxiously awaiting Chuck E… and nobody comes out. I asked the workers if anyone was coming out and they all just looked at each other and said they would ask someone in the back. Never got another response and we left without meeting Chuck E. We go to the Chuck E Cheese in Garden Grove quite a bit and they don’t usually send a Chuck E out either, but it doesn’t bother me because they don’t announce it and get the kids all excited for no reason. Not cool.

We visited this Chuck E. Cheese location for a birthday party on Saturday. My son doesn’t eat pizza, so I ordered a special round of chicken nuggets for lunch(and a little something for me too). The order took over a half hour because the kitchen was backed up(I think someone called in sick). I went to the manager to ask if my order was coming up… he walked into the kitchen, came back and told me that they were super sorry, the kitchen was backed up, that my order was coming and it was on the house. Now THAT is how you treat a problem. Very impressed.

This place has been here since I was a baby the pizza is ok but the apple desert pizza and the cheeses Bread is really good! I had issues with my order since the girl punched in the wrong item but they fixed the problem and also gave us free tokens ! They know how to fix there mistakes and that’s good for a business that is always busy and chaotic, I gave 4 stars because the time it took for all our food to arrive, literally took 25 minutes to get the wrong platter and then an additional 30 minutes to get the right items … But over all everyone does a good job!

We took our daughter here for 1st time. Bad experience… 1st, cops were there interviewing someone that worked there. Person who let us in took 10 minutes and didn’t even greet us with a hello. All tables were unclean, plates left on tables, trash on floor. It was dirty dirty dirty Kids eating candy running around from a sugar high. Saw a a child running around with pee in her pants soaking through than she sat on the horse ride and we couldn’t locate her parents. I would never come back here again. It def has changed from awhile back. The zoo is cleaner than this place. Must take a shower after leaving here. It was not fun.

I say happy, you say birthday! I say happy, you say birthday! Happy Birthday, Happy Birthday, Happy Birthday from Chuck E Cheese! Cool place for kids to have fun but lots of areas for the management to improve on. SERVICE: LACKING. Came here for kids’ birthday party scheduled for 11am, and the hostess assigned to the party didn’t arrive until 11:20am. Their payment system cannot process large amount for credit card payment(300+), and payment needs be split into smaller amounts, very inconvenient. RESERVEDBIRTHDAYTABLE: Customizable party package on what you want to spend. Birthday kid gets a poster cut out, cape, and cool glasses. Chuck E Cheese comes out only a few min for photo op and then leaves. FOOD: Pizza tasted like cardboard. Popcorn chicken is good. FACILITY: Colorful setup. Some games get stuck easily and eat the tokens. Wish they cut down the lotto type games to put in more recreational/carnival type games. TICKETREDEMPTION: Each ticket is worth 1 cent. If you don’t have enough tickets to redeem the desired items, you can pay the difference. Everything is at high price point though.

Always crowded normally that would be a good sign but I thinks is just because their is no other one close by. The place could used help with cleaning tables and sweaping I know a lot of young kids work Jere but come on guys you can do better. They are friendly and helpful when ever you ask for assistance so that’s a plus in any bussiness that deals with people

Where do o start! This place makes the once place to be as a kid«other than Disneyland» into the worse place to be!!! I’ve been to this particular Chuck E Cheese 3 times(not by my choice!), and don’t let the outside fool you like it did me the 1st time(looks brand new on outside) but inside is so dirty and disgusting that this time I have to write a review! The first thing is the SMELLOF B.O.(Body Order)! It reeks in there, bad! Food all over the ground! Bathrooms are a disaster! Soda fountains are a mess and employees put lids back that have been sitting near the lid dispenser(they are either broke or sticky!), employees walk around and don’t do much because if I was working there… THATPLACEWOULDBECLEAN! And I’d be able to do it by myself! There was food everywhere on the floor! Tables are a mess(I used one of my son’s wipes to clean, not 1, but 2 tables and the wipe was pretty much BLACK!!). The pizza is a HUGERIPOFF!!!(Their crust gets bigger and BIGGER every time we go!) and prizes are also a rip off! Back in the day, I’d remember scoring big with just 50 tickets!!! Now 50 tickets($ 20 worth in tokens if lucky) will get you like 2 or 3… five cents plastic junk! To bad I can’t give this place negative stars! Be sure to check out my pics of this nasty place too!(ANDSHAMEONTHEOWNEROFTHISPLACEFORNOTGIVING A DAMNANDSHAMEONMANAGEMENTFORNOTCARINGASWELL!) smh

Let’s see the games seem outdated and old. The place is a little run down. My son loves the place. If your a three year old it’s awsome. The pizza and salad bar are very average at best. The salad bar is very weak. Overall it’s great for kids

I remember coming here as a kid and having a blast every time. Now the food is horrible, the games are boring or not working at all and the people that work there don’t seem to care one bit. I’d rather take my niece and nephew to the park than this place.

Went there with my family. We got a pizza and 15 dollars worth of tokens. The pizza was as flat as a tortilla. It was like chewing on a large over cooked cracker. The soda tasted way off. The games are mainly about getting tickets. Very few skill, or video games(the fun ones). This isnt a casino! Kids should be having fun! Not worrying about attaining the most amount of tickets they can. The prizes: Lets just say I could have gotten them at the 99 cents store. Half of the prizes are now chuck e cheese merchandise. No more lava lamps like back in the day. They took out the cool ones. DONOTGETTHEICECREAM. Unless you plan on letting it defrost for an hour or so. It will be as hard as a rock. Will not be coming back. It was a lot better before. Oh well, Boomers for me!

I threw my niece’s 8th bday party there and I think it’s very reasonably priced, nice employees, and super easy party with no mess after. My niece LOVES it there. Food isn’t too bad. Cons: wish they’d get some new games & faster repairs.

BEWARE!!! We had my daughter’s 5th birthday party here on July 12. Our whole family(including the birthday girl) and at least one person from every other family that came ended up with SEVERE food poisoning. We were painfully, violently ill and my husband had to take time off of work. It really marred the experience. But the only thing worse than the food poisoning we got was the way Chuck E Cheeses dealt with it. My husband called the store and was directed to call corporate. He called them 5 times before they even bothered to call him back! It took them about 2 weeks. When they did call back, they informed him that they would do nothing unless we had a doctor’s note and stool samples! Stool samples!?! Are you kidding me? Like that’s what I was thinking about collecting as I was sick in the bathroom?!? We will be contacting CA department of health as well as the BBB. They should be ashamed. Obviously if about 10 people from one party ALL got food poisoning on the same day and the only link between them all is Chuck E Cheese, we have a culprit. Beware before you eat anything from this location!

I can’t really hate on Chuck E Cheese’s…I mean, it’s really for the kids and every Chuck E Cheese’s is the same more or less. I came here for a birthday party for a 3-year-old and it was PACKED, probably because it was Sunday. It didn’t matter though because the kids were having a good time and the rest of us adults were having as equally of a good time thanks to the buffalo wings, veggie platters, pizza and beer. One word of utter importance: BEER. How else do you think adults are gonna survive this arena? I really dislike the parking for this area: this Chuck E Cheese’s is located right next to my bank, Schools First, and people have a tendency to drive like maniacs here and it doesn’t help that Chuck E Cheese’s is right by the entrance/exit. You don’t know how many near misses I’ve seen with cars cruising in to the lot and almost hitting little kids and their parents. Overall, it’s a great place where a kid can be a kid and an adult can drink a beer.

Bring cash! For tokens! It’s a great place to have a children’s party. I have to say this location is much nicer than the other one I have visited in Gardena off Artesia Blvd. This location is cleaner and the rides/games seemed newer or at least in better condition. Some of the ones that the Gardena location were broken or really old. It’s a little unfortunate that the climbing area can only be used by bigger kids because it could be great for my 2 year old but it’s SOHIGH up that if she got stuck(which I have seen happen to other kids) there is no way to really get up there to get her down! I don’t like that. The play areas at Mc Donalds’s are designed better so that many different ages can enjoy it. For a 2 year old it can he hectic with having to run after them in a place with so much commotion; it’s probably more suitable for 3 and up but my daughter loves it!
