This place was able to get the job done. I needed something and they were able to help me right away even as they were training someone. The place is big with many options. Multiple controller colors, tons of games and a couple where you can try out a game. Next to some pretty good places if you wanted to grub also. The place overall was clean.

I came in here today after calling yesterday. Kyle answered my questions and was helpful on phone. When I came in here this morning I was greeted warmly and assisted right away. I have been to other Game Stops and have found them not as helpful. Fun store and packed with goodies. Gift cards galore. Love it here

Richard is awesome! I called after they were closed to see if they were doing a midnight release for a video game and Richard said he’d wait until I got there. He let me know how the midnight releases work and stayed late to help me out. There’s a GameStop closer to my house, but I’m only going to this location because of the great customer service I received.

Great service, it’s a typical hardtop but everyone at this specific gamestop is really cool and friendly, also this store is always really clean and it’s really nice.

I waited in line for almost an hour and was not even greeted, there was only one person in front of me. I bought a PS3 and an extra remote, when I got home the remote was broken, the did not give me a cord for the remote or the PS3, I went back to a different games stop and returned it.

My husband and I came into this location last Saturday evening looking to trade in our Wii + games for a PS3. Mat helped us and was so patient and kind throughout the transaction. But the poor guy was all alone because his coworker decided to take a lunch break. At least five or six other people came in and got in line, plus the phone was ringing constantly, Mat needed help! But he kept his cool and remained professional, apologizing to the other customers in line. I like this GameStop better than the one on Baker! 4 stars because the other employee shouldn’t have taken a break when it was obvious Mat needed help. 5 stars for Mat, because he laughed at my dumb joke and was great at his job.

I have to agree with most of these reviews about time. GameStop if great if you have half an hour to kill and look around to buy a game, but do not expect to be «in and out» in 10 minutes unless you are lucky enough to go when it is dead. Every time I’ve been into this GameStop it has been 20+ minutes to check out even though I know exactly what I want. That being said, it is not always a bad thing. It is great place for noobies that need to be babied through the process or parents that need information on the latest call of duty game for their 2 year old. But I feel that they are missing a huge opportunity with the returning regulars by neglecting them.

Great shop. Manager always makes you feel welcome. Her associates really do try hard as well. Friendly and a large selection of new and used games. Store is very clean and kept.

Update: I was contacted by the store manager and she did a fabulous job of making things right. I’ve been a customer since 2011 so I’m going to stay a customer because they did rectify things

I went here to buy a Giftcard for my nephew and OMG I felt like I was going to have an anxiety attack from the time I walked in. I was thinking it would take me about 30 seconds to run in, buy a gift card, and get the heck out. But no. First, there was a line out the door. And this was probably due to the fact that there was literally one register(the week before Christmas) and two guys were doing some sort of Playstation system exchange. One might think that a store would have the capability to handle a 20 minute transaction that is an integral part of it’s business model while simultaneously servicing all the young(and not so young) men stopping in to buy their shoot-em-up video games that are undoubtedly altering their minds toward more violent tendencies. But alas. One transaction at a time was all GameStop could handle. As a result it took me nearly 30 minutes to buy one 25 dollar gift card among the flashing lights and violent animation screens. I hope next year I can think of a better present for my nephew.

I came here to do a trade in on my PS3 to a PS4. I dealt with Chad who is new at this location and had a great experience. He answered all of the questions I had for him and provided top notch customer service and will gladly return again to this location for any future gaming needs.

I was just in Gamestop today with my nephew. He really enjoyed this store location and had a blast talking to their associate Omar. I was told that they are having an event on Sept 8th9pm — midnight for the new release of the game Destiny and it will be a midnight release. I plan on being there. Live music, raffle prizes and of course games! This location is cool no pressure from the sales people and they go out of their way to help the customers.

After promising my nine y.o. that if he had a great week, we would go put a deposit down on the soon to be released Mario Kart 8. Unfortunately, we ended up at this location and entered the store only to be ignored and subjected to standing in line behind some guy trying to sell his busted Ninentdo to an employee that obviously watches way too much Pawn Stars… think Mikey and that will paint an accurate picture. There was another guy behind the counter sitting down chiming in on how great certain games were going to be out soon for newer devices. Meanwhile, my son and I had to endure inappropriate language in the presence of the staff and sketchy guy that I doubt will remember where his gaming device ended up. As a patron of almost every GameStop within 20 miles of our zip code, this is by far the worst place you can end up. Drive down the street or to Huntington Beach but don’t give your hard earned money to these guys. A word of advice to the employees at this location, the nine year old that waited patiently in line while you ignored us is your target audience. I would just slam you and say you work at a gaming store but you are the exception to the rule set by all of the other locations around you. If you don’t like your job quit and let somebody else earn a living with the stellar attitude that is the brand your employer has built.

So my boyfriend called this place for a marvel ultimate alliance two. And the guy said they had it, but reluctantly… They said they would hold it for us until we got there. Well guess what! we got there and it magically disappeared. I dont know if they actually made some mistake orr… That one of the workers there wanted it and was being selfish. I dont know and will never know, but i am aware that we wasted a lot of time driving all the way there. So very disappointing for a place that is rated well.

Came here for the PS4 launch. Staff was amazingly organized, friendly, and helpful. I didn’t do the pre-order ahead of time like I was supposed to, but got really lucky to show up the same day and camped out for only about 30 – 40 minutes until they started handing out some tickets that guaranteed 1PS4 game console. Keep in mind that I was the 3rd in line at 9:30 am with no one behind me(surprising, I know). Anyways, I had a great experience at this GameStop and will definitely come back again.

Awesome staff. Always upbeat and friendly. I can have long convo’s about different games and advice on future games. The store is stocked with plenty of games for everyone. It’s clean and I have never received a used game that was damaged. They don’t push you to buy games, they find out what games your into, help you find what you’ll like and leave you be. Love it.

Most GameStops have great service, but this particular GameStop took the next step. They were quite busy when I came in(6:30pm) but acknowledge my friend and I when we walked in and asked us for a couple minutes before they can get to us. Not only did the guy go out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, he reserved the used NBA2k12 I wanted for the day(there was only one copy left). The staff know their video games and seem proud of it. They have a big stock of games and have a good location. Yayyuh

They got games, what more could you ask for? I have never had an issue coming to this GameStop. Not too many 8 year olds running around the store here unsupervised. The associates are typically very knowledgeable of the current and upcoming line-up(although they are in the process of removing the giant billboard with the upcoming release dates, not too happy about that). Making pre-orders and picking them up here is simple; come to think of it I have three copies of Hunted: The Demon’s Forge to pick up today and know that I will be in and out in a breeze. Thank you GameStop for being there for me and for enabling my boyfriend and I with our video game addiction; between you and GameFly I don’t know how we ever leave the house!
