Extremely nice people, good service, very low prices, ive have never ever had an issue, and I take all my clothes here. I’ve been to lots of dry cleaners and I keep coming back to these folks. No complaints at all

I had been a customer here for over 2 years. The staff was friendly, service was fair and prices were competitive. I recently I took a brand new dress shirt in to get laundered and it was returned to me with an iron burn on the back. I showed the staff who said they would talk to the owner. A week later after multiple phone calls, I walked in to the store and was told that even though the staff admitted it was a brand new shirt when I brought it in. The owner is unwilling to reimburse me for the cost of the shirt($ 80). I figured being a loyal customer of over 2 years and given the fact that I had spent over a thousand dollars there in that time, that they would try to come up with some kind of solution. The owner wasn’t even wiling to split the cost of the shirt with me or give me a credit toward future cleaning. It’s not the cost of the shirt that bothers me.(I already bought the exact same shirt) it was his unwillingness to work with a loyal customer and the fact that he didn’t care that it was their fault. In summary if you are looking for a cheap place to get your cloths dry cleaned this might work out on the short term but if you have nice quality cloths, I wouldn’t chance this place or you will eventually get burned like my shirt :)

If I could give less than one star I would. I just moved here and started a new job. So I went out and bought a few new shirts. So I took them to the cleaners. Not only did this guy burn 2 of my 5 new shirts he claims that I brought them to him like that. He did say that if I gave him the shirts back he would try to fix it. Now I am talking burnt shirts. You can see where the iron was used and the fact that it was on the shirts too long. Well I decided that I would be nice and give him one more shot because he said he would try again for free. I went back to pick the shirts up and not only did he not get the markings out he left more! This guy left more marks on my shirts and in different spots of the shirt all together. This guy has the nerve to then tell me I owe him for his time and work. He wanted $ 15 extra for 2 shirts that he ruined. I am so pissed at this guy. Then I think back to how rude he is when you first walk into the place. He puts his book in front of you and has you write down how many shirts you have and to print your name and number. Needless to say I would not recommend going here to anyone. I see that this place has a few good comments but I really don’t know what you guys see in this place. DONTBRINGYOURTHINGSHERE!!!

I liked My Favorite Cleaners for the prices and the very friendly staff. However, I dropped of a Black, linen Tommy Bahama shirt in size XXL. When I picked up my order, I got a SMALLPOLYESTERBLACKSHIRT. I called it to their attention and they told me they would look in to it and get back to me. I am there on a weekly basis. The staff was concerned and made me fell like the issue would be resolved. This is where the problem begins: I was told no manager can be spoken to directly I was told someone would call me(never) I was told there is nothing that can be done because they don’t make mistakes. If I drop off a $ 165LINENXXL and get back a $ 20POLYESTERSMALL something is wrong. Most importantly, I have spent hundreds of dollars and referred numerous people. Where is the customer service? Where is the«let’s figure out what when wrong»? YOUHAVELOSTMYBUSINESSAND I WILLMAKESUREYOULOSEMYFRIEND’S BUSINESS. YOUARENOTTHEONLYDRYCLEANERSINTOWNANDYOURATTITUDEISUNFORTUNATE. I know that the Irvine store has already closed and if you read previous posts, there are many complaints about customer service. POORCUSTOMERSERVICEWILLCATCHUPTOYOU

I’ve been coming here since about 1997, when they were back by the old Denny’s. CANNOTBEATTHESETPRICING!!! Let me repeat– THEYHAVESETPRICING. Last time I was in, it was $ 2.25 per item(with the exception of heavy coats/blankets, etc). The whole dry cleaning business is such a total sham, I absolutely refuse to go anywhere that doesn’t post their prices. Well, worry not with My Favorite Cleaners. They do a very good job, have never ruined or lost an article of clothing, which is amazing considering I’m the girl that brings in 30+ items at a time. I cannot sing the praises of this place enough, It is CASHORCHECKONLY so be prepared.

In my former time as an intern at the PR agency I work at now, this place was frequented by me. Although burdened with the intern task of picking up/dropping off someone elses’ dry cleaning, I was always happy to come here. The people that work here are kind and friendly. If it’s been a long day and you’re in need of smile, this place is it. You’ll get clean clothes AND a smile. The services are cheap, and they’ve never failed me. Or the people wearing the dry clean-only clothes.
