I needed boxes for my move and I went to this location primarily because it looks clean and doesn’t have people loitering around the facility. Everything was great and the lady who helped me out was super nice and helpful. I’m just shocked at how much I paid for boxes. Small boxes (1.5 cu/​ft) were about $ 2 and medium (3 cu/​ft) were almost $ 3 each. But at that point I was already there you know?

We have used them twice for UHaul vehicles and both times were great. The vehicles were clean and in good working order. The service rep has always been helpful and never loses our reservation.
We also are considering using them for storage in the near future. Thank you West Coast Self-​Storage Costa Mesa for the great service!
I heard about them through the Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce. I own an Edible Arrangements business locally and love that I can count on them.

Such an great experience at West Coast Storage. Anna Marie is phenomenal in customer service. She goes above and beyond to be helpful and make your experience as easy as it could be. We used our storage unit as our home address for my bridal registry and had tons of gift boxes coming in daily and she took such care of all our valuable gifts. I would totally recommend this storage unit to anyone in need !! It’s also very clean and well taken care of. Thanks so much Anna for your help.

Just moved things into a storage unit here 5 days ago and service is great so far. Quick and to the point set up and getting started. Secure and safe (including a gate code to get into units, up the elevators and again to get out of units)

Brand new property in a convenient location. Eric was very informative and helpful and quick to respond to emails. The property is immaculate, very easy to drive up, unload into carts and get into a unit via elevator. Very happy with the service and property so far!

The facility itself is a really clean one inside and out. The guy that was helping me with the truck was pretty awesome. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood. Since they don’t have 24 hour drop off he left me return it the next morning no questions asked. They’re good in my book.
