This wing stop is HORRIBLE I waited 30min for some undercooked wings !!! It was still pink .! I’m so grossed out .! On top of that the customer service was HORRIBLE. I had went back to the cashier and told them the wings were undercooked I received such an ugly dirty look. I wish I would of remember the girls name. But they replaced them with another set of wings. Please don’t come here the customer service is horrible .!

Placed an online order about 30 mins before they close got there around 11:40pm and they were friendly. Left didn’t check the food I figured it would be fine I’ve been here before. Got home our food was cold and the chicken tasted old like it was left overs from the day. I was pretty unhappy but the fries were good. Talked to the manager the next day she was nice and told me she would redo my order. And she did and the second time around was much better for that I give points for them redeeming themselves. Only advice beware this place at night they are more careless in the evening but in day time they are far more reliable. Over all nice people good food just be careful what time you go. Lunch rush takes more time but it’s worth the wait.

I can agree on the previous posts the last few times I would’ve gave 2 – 3 stars however the cashier who helped me today was very friendly, nice and smily. She greeted us we weren’t ready and when we were she came and helped with our order. Order was fresh, good and not oily!!! Yay

Worst place I have ever been to! It was my first time trying wing stop so I decided to go to the Monday special… The place was empty and I ordered it took around 20 min for only 10 wings. When I got my order I asked for ranch and the employee rudely said we don’t give free ranch. I don’t know if that’s a wing stop thing but everywhere I buy wings they always give ranch with wings. I was very disappointed. To top it off the wings were really greasy and the meat was poor quality. Honestly I rather go to BWW and pay a couple bucks more because at least they give ranch with your order and their chicken is tastier! Never again having wing stop…

I was in Azusa so I decided to stop by the closest wingstop. I ordered 8 wings, Louisiana rub and mango habanero… The Louisiana rub was so sweet… I have never tasted it being so nasty. Also the wings were soggy. I was pretty upset. And I love wingstop! But this one did not taste like the good wingstop I always have. Service was bad as well, didn’t really feel welcomed.

Very late review. But maybe about 2 months ago I ordered wings. While sitting down about to eat I FIND A LONGHAIR in between my wings!!! Yes A HAIR! I asked to speak to the manager and I had to argue with him to get an apology! I asked what he was gonna do about this and he said«NOTHING». Don’t come here!!! Go elsewhere. They’re rude and NASTY!!!

Unbelievable service is all that I can say. The service was amazing. It was so amazing that they got my name wrong. It would be an over statement to give them any stars. The register clerk had the nerves to even catch for my home girl. Then again, it was her fault for saying«Hi» in the wrong way. Save yourself the money and trouble by avoiding this wing stop.

Last time ever. This place is managed absolutely wrong. Customer service doesn’t exist, the new trainee is being trained by some bitter employee, and the food always takes forever. Thanks Jose for providing me horrible customer service as I’m still on hold(15m) while writing this review. It’s the the icing on the cake on why I dislike this location.

First off, this place doesn’t even deserve any stars. My friend and I went on a weekday. We were the only ones there. They still took like 40 minutes to have our food ready. We ordered 4 different kind of wings and cheese fries. The wings were cold when served and felt like they dumped a gallon of salt in there by how salty it tasted. Then they forgot the cheese fries and took an extra 10 mins and ended up literally dumping some nacho cheese on the cold soggy fries. It was horrific. We threw everything away and couldn’t eat a thing. Worst first experience and definitely will be the last. Better stick to BWW, wayyy better wings

Ordered and paid through the app, my husband went to pick up the order, brought it home only to find that they only gave us a regular sized ranch rather than the large we paid for! Called the store and told the cashier, she was very rude saying that since we touched that ranch she can’t exchange it anymore because now it’s waste. She also made it seem that it was my fault that they didn’t give me my large ranch! She said, with a rude attitude, «why didn’t you come back to exchange it?» And I told her because you’re supposed to make sure that your orders are correct! She then told me that she can’t exchange it anymore because we touched it already, so I asked her«so you’re just gonna charge me the 4 $ for a regular sized ranch because we touched it?» And she answered rudely yes. Never had this problem before, when they run out of the large ranch cups they usually give us 4 – 6 regular sized ranch to make up for it. So I don’t see why they couldn’t offer to do that rather than give such nasty attitude! Already contacted wing stop! I’m waiting for my reply! But will most definitely not come back to this wing stop ever again!

Decided to try this location since it was close to home. Bad mistake!!! I guess there is a reason why they have 2 Stars right now on Unilocal!!!The wings were not fully cooked and the it was drench in brown oil!!! Check out the picture!!! That was Lemmon Pepper with extra OIL!!! Don’t go to this location!!!

I ordered using the app so I wouldn’t have to wait when I got here, yet here I am sitting for the last fifteen minutes waiting for my food that was ordered forty minutes ago. There’s no point in having the ability to order ahead if it’s not going to be ready by the time they tell you! As for why it isn’t ready I’m not sure because there’s five people working on a slow time/day! Come on now Wingstop!!!

UPDATEDREVIEW: Ordered online, got a call 5 – 10 minutes later stating that they didn’t have chicken. Serious? I’ve never heard a fast food chain this large running out of food. The person go called was mostly polite, but forgot to say«Sorry», which seemed like the most basic of customer service related tasks. This isn’t the bad part, because really there’s lots of other eateries in the area. The bad part came when they told me I couldn’t get a refund since I paid online. I’d have to file a dispute with my credit card company, which cost me another 25 minutes and it has still yet to be resolved. Bottom line, the food is decent, but I will never even again pay online before I know they have the food I ordered.

I’m a regular at Wing Stop. I just moved back to Covina after living in Los Angeles(West Side) for 3 years. Long story short… Cleanliness great. Service great. Great filling food. Open late. Affordable. Wait time is typical 15 — 20 minutes. This is not McDonald’s so food is prepared when ordered. Sorry it actually takes some time. Thumbs up & keep up the hardwork. Grand openings can be tough for any business.

I was having lunch next door and saw the 50 cent boneless wing special, popped in and got a box of 10(the minimum you can order to get the deal) Was told it was a 9 minute wait, as everything is dropped to order. It was a bit overcooked and dry, I sampled all of their sauces and liked NONE! Ketchup it is then. Service was fine, my son enjoyed it and that is what matters but I wouldn’t bother to come back.
