HTG Supply Hydroponics & Grow Lights

From dealing with them in the past this store used to be good. However, more recently they have completely FALLEN OFF! They don’t process orders on time, they don’t answer emails in any time near what would be acceptable, and they lack communication with customers. The only good thing I can say is that while being completely unprofessional they’re cordial. They seem to be experiencing some amount of strain that is causing them to lack in being able to fullfill orders. In addition, the employee (s) I spoke with seem completely unsure, like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off.
And just to give you a few bullets of what you may or may not experience at this particular location:
They will take your money and wait over a week to ship your product (and that’s only after you call to remind them)
They will take your money and then inform you that the item is out of stock only after you have waited over a week (and it was available at the time of order).
They will take your order over the phone and your money and then not get your order correct. Stiff you on the upgrade you just paid for while trying to throw one of their «econo» brands in instead.
They will NOT take your call if they’re a manager and you have a complaint and you’ve called them multiple times to get your order out.
If I was not diligent and asked multiple questions I would 1.) Not have gotten my order until who knows when. 2.) The order would have been wrong. 3.) I would not have been informed of any updates regarding my order.
My tip to anyone is, just be sure to check over your order with them over the phone if possible. It has also been my experience that if ordering by way of their website, you want to print your order out after you have made the purchase. Because their only email update after that will be to let you know about shipping.
If you don’t get an email that your order has shipped (and with tracking number) then it has NOT shipped.
