I don’t frequent Pizza Hut, but in the case of a five and ten year old begging, I went against my will and was reminded why I don’t go. I placed my order at 5:10, with a rude cashier who seemed upset that I didn’t know the menu. I ordered my food and was quoted a 15 minute wait time. And so it began. I watched as the hardest employee (delivery guy) raced around and the cook and cashier took their sweet time doing everything. In addition, there was a gentleman attempting to buy a gift card, she told him she didn’t know how and that he could wait for the manager to come. After the guy left, without the gift card, she informed me that she wouldn’t ring him up because she thought the card was fake. At 5:52, my husband became frustrated and the cashier told me it would be another five minutes. We left shortly after six, with no apology or anything.

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a pizza and wings at 8:58 which was to be delivered at 9:43. After an hour, I called at 9:58 to be told that they canceled my online order without contacting me. I explained my issue with this because I had been waiting for a pizza that was never arriving. Ryan (the manager) then HUNG UP on me. If my pizza was to arrive at 9:43 why would that damper their 10 PM closing time? He explained he voided my card. I checked my account as soon as he hung up on me and seen the charge was still there. Shockingly, 10 minutes later my card has the voided charges. Will be contacting corporate!

pizza was destroyed before it made it into my door.
this place needs to be shut down, this is strike 3 for them. every order has been a complete failure … do not waste your time nor money. the people who manage and work here has no care for your food or service. i will be talking to corporate !!

Awful. Always late or they call to cancel our delivery orders after the time it was supposed to arrive. They are rude, and we have gotten RAW DOUGH on meat lovers twice!! barf!

I will admit that this location used to be, well, not the best. In the last few months i have been pleasantly surprised. Faster delivery and pick up. Better looking and tasting food. Not sure what is going on but, please please, keep it up.
