I’ll say it again, I love love love this location! The being recognized by order and/or name is a great thing. Of course, the being a crazy chocolate addict who gets lots of extra for his Java Chip Frap probably makes me more memorable.

The coffee was fine, but the barista was rude. I will find another place to spend my money.

Painfully slow service to order. Too much chatting with customers ordering.

A very nice Starbucks. All the typical amenities such as wifi and a clean bathroom and overpriced green tea lattes. Customer service staff was pleasant to work with. If I’m in the area and need a chill break, I’ll stop in. Quaint but nice lounge area with smooth chill tracks playing. Only 4 stars because it’s still way overpriced and although the bathroom was clean, it smelled like Sasquatch laid a deep one in there right before I came in. At least he wiped the seat!

Friendly service from great baristas that know their coffee! They suggested a great new coffee blend and I loved it! It was seasonal I believe, so I may not get to try it again until the fall. Anyways, things have changed at this Starbucks. It’s cleaner, brighter, and most importantly service is faster. I’m giving this Starbucks 4 stars now!

I have an ungodly number of check-ins here. Seriously. I hit up the location A LOT. Yet this is only a three star review. What gives? What gives is that while this Sbux is conveniently located to my place of employment and I… well, I have a slight(cough :12 steps: cough) caffeine addiction. So I hit up this location a lot. Sometimes twice a day. What can say is that the afternoon crew definitely wins more points as far as congeniality and such. Drinks are usually good. Speed of service is decent. Morning crew tends to slow my roll waaaay too much on some mornings making me ditch my Starbucks plans in favor for the Dunkin Donuts on 127th(those girls are super fast with my iced coffee). In short, hit this place up on any afternoon and you’ll be golden, pony boy.

This is a go to Starbucks for me, based on location, but I am only here a couple times a year. There is always parking and I do not think this location ever gets crowded. My order is always correct. Staff has always been professional.

Eh, this Starbucks definitely is not the prettiest location I’ve been to. It’s located right off a main road and the outdoor seating looked sad. Who’d want to sit there and chat with all those cars driving by? Anyway, the drinks were made correctly and the coffee cake we ate tasted great. That wasn’t the issue. I did notice Missy F.‘s observation of the employees chatting away while working. Personally, I don’t really want to hear about your personal life. But, that’s just me. They did stop and help customers fine despite the chatter. Highly doubt I’ll be back since we only stopped by after my boyfriend test drove a Ferrari(my birthday gift to him) at the Stadium Bank field, which is nearby.

This is my regular Starbucks while en route to work. I love Starbucks and all it’s delish creations, but this location works my nerves. Nearly every time I walk in the employees continue to chat with each other while I stand at the counter waiting. Once they’ve finished, then and only then, do they acknowledge I’m there. Now I am there nearly every weekday morning and this scenario happens plenty. You may ask why I continue to go? It’s the closest location before I hop on 294 for my hour long commute, plain and simple.

This is my husband’s least favorite Starbucks, but I’m «A-OK» with it myself(hence the trio of stars). Due to the lack of a drive thru, we only hit this one up when we’re together(four young kids, one of whom is in a wheelchair = no such thing as a solo«quick», in-and-out trip). While I’ve never encountered a rude employee, I’ve never been«wowed» by amazing customer service, either. The in-and-out speed is passable. But the drinks are completely hit or miss. I consider myself a rather simple customer. Soy latte, iced Americano, etc. Sometimes said ordered beverage is spot on, but other times… yikes. I am not the type of girl to have anything remade(it’s only coffee, people) but on two separate occasions, it’s been a necessity. I don’t understand it. It’s rather like the old TP spot – a straight up mix of solids & duds.(Mega props to the«newer» TP spot for rockin’ it now, though!) If we’re on the lamb & I need a fix, I will probably stop. But if it’s avoidable? Eh, probably not. Too many other quality locations around.
