Sent my dad and my 15 yo son to get some glasses. Grandad wanted to get them for him for Christmas. We already had prescription in hand. These people took advantage of my dad for $ 500 for a pair one pair of glasses for a young boy. Worst thing you can do is take advantage of elderly people! Well LensCrafters, you did it. You should be ashamed of your company. We are dissapointed and will tell all our freinds and families. James Cindiejim at

Vision test was a joke. Frames are ridiculously overpriced and the prices of the lens was insane! So not worth it. The lady had foul breath and kept talking about her personal life. I dont mind paying for something but this was not worth the money.

Just arrived in Georgia from Texas and my glasses broke. The folks here at LensCrafters had me on my way in less than two hours in a Sunday afternoon, even having to have a new eye exam(required by GA law). Thanks to all involved. I recommend these folks highly.

Went in looking to get a copy of my eyeglass prescription from barely 2 years ago.(Prescriptions are generally good for 5 years for eyeglasses) they told me they couldn’t tell me [citing some bogus law that says they can’t tell me]. They just wanted to charge for a new exam because they knew I was going to get glasses somewhere else. Way to go for customer service. Never getting glasses from LC again.

It seems like I’ve been hitting up all the metro Atlanta LensCrafters stores lately. This LensCrafters at The Avenue Forsyth was the third LensCrafters I visited over a recent two-week span. I’ve been searching for new frames and it’s been interesting hearing advice from the different LensCrafters staff, independent of one another. LensCrafters stocks all the popular and mainstream name brands and each store generally carries the same frames as other stores. I feel like this store is nicer than the other ones I visited at Cumberland Mall and Perimeter Mall. They had some of their nicer frames(e.g the Tiffany & Co. frames) open and available on the floor as opposed to locked up like at the other stores. Tim assisted me and he was informative and helpful. I think I’ll ultimately get my frames online since I save a ton of money that way, but the folks here were friendly and it’s nice to be able to try on a bevy of brands and styles in person and get useful, expert advice along the way.
