Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Came here with my niece to get something for us and my mom. We walk in and there are three people working and they just stare at us… no hello or anything, just stares. We walk up to the cashier and I wasn’t sure if she was ready to take our order cuz she was flirting with the the other worker, so I’m waiting for her to ask us, how can I help you, but nothing. Then she stared at us while she is chewing her gum so then we just order and she’s still flirting with the other guy. I paid with the starbucks app and was going to pay the difference with cash since I didn’t have enough on my app. After scanning my phone, I told her I had cash for the difference and she’s looking at me like I’m crazy while still chewing her gum.
Never coming here again!

worst customer service ever. don’t come here if you wanna enjoy your morning before going into work. they will glare at you and give you the cold shoulder while making your drink. this is the last time i will ever come here again. if i could i would give them 0 stars!

The barista put entire tea bag including the tag in the tea… The tag has glossy film/​ink/​glue on it. I am not sure if this is safe to have hot water poured on?

I enjoy going to Starfucks to get my drink of choice, Oprah cinnamon chai latte, tall size with nonfat milk. I like the people working there: Christian, Jessica, Brian, Matthew, Brandon, Danielle (haven’t seen her for a while — hope she’s not in custody for a DUI on New Year’s Eve), Jason, Chelsea, and Ryan (not that I know him well but he hasn’t punched me in the face or called me a bitch yet). The people working at Starfucks are really decent and kind people who provide great customer service. And if anyone bitches and moans at them, the joke is on those people since the Starfucks employees are on the clock getting paid. I hope I am not forgetting anyone. By the way if you are reading this, you should register your Starfucks gift card so that you can get free refills on tea or coffee after paying for 5 drinks on your card.
To be honest I admire the employees working at Starfucks because work is not fun. Wouldn’t you rather be at home doing your hobbies or out and about doing things you enjoy? However the workers at Starfucks still clock in every day. Personally I do not have a job and I plan on living off of my parents my whole life (I’m 27) — my parents are going to put the money in a trust fund so that I won’t spend it all at once — not that I would do, mind you.
The one thing that pisses me off about Starfucks is that all of the food has a high calorie content. I am a ballet dancer, and I can’t maintain a weight of 84.9 pounds and binge my face off every day, so if I were to have a cookie at Starfucks, that would be 320 calories and I would have to work out for over an hour on the elliptical to burn it off (the elliptical overestimates calories by 42% according to experts).
I purchased a silver waterbottle from Starfucks for my boyfriend and future husband Wangshuai at Starfucks and he likes it, especially since his old waterbottle broke. That is all I can think of to say but like I said this is a very nice Starfucks plus it is in the gym, so I can work out right after I get a drink.

Matthew, Brandon and Patrick are amazing at creating coffee. New latte macchiato is awesome look at the picture. Probably the best looking Starbucks in America maybe the world.

Been here several times but always disappointed. Went there with a company of eight on Saturday n bought 8 drinks n sat in the so-​called «lounge». In about 10 min. A lady came out asking every table if they are the member of the Bay. If not a member, u must leave. Saw a bunch of people leaving. The sign that mentions for members only was just on the side where u can’t see when u come in. (in spite of my previous visits, I actually saw the sign that day when the lady pointed where it was)
That Starbucks is there only to fill their pockets. Opened structure to the lounge makes people who wants some nice drink n a place to sit misunderstand they can enjoy it.

I have come here a few weekends. Service is consistently slow. At the time of this review there is only one person working and she is doing a great job. But she really needs some help. But when I have seen 2 – 3 people working it was slower somehow.
Also, they don’t take rewards.

I’ve been here at least 10 times and consider the average a 5 star experience. The baristas are nice, always have good attitudes, have good rapport with each other, are usually fully staffed, and they work quickly. One of my favorite Starbucks cafes; not to be overlooked because it’s in a cranny of a shopping plaza.

I have been here a few times previously and always had a fine experience, but today was exceptional. I want to give a shoutout to the guy who put in my order (I didn’t catch his name, but he was tall, wearing a newsboy cap, and had a contagious smile.) He was more than pleasant to me and everyone there. Complimenting my outfit pretty much made my day, and you handled the complaints of some other customers so so well. So thanks for being awesome, and I will be sure to come in more often, since I work just across the way. Ps: the other baristas working were also exceedingly pleasant.

Good as any other Starbucks

This is the worst Starbucks. If you are a gold member or have rewards you cant redeem them here. They don’t tell you this with a sign or anything! The workers are inexperienced and take forever. One drink with no line equivalent to 12 minutes! I asked for a caramel apple spice, they didn’t know how to make it and asked me. I don’t work here hello? Forgot to add the caramel so I just left.
If you are a bay club member it is nice to be able to sit in the lounge by the Starbucks. ONLY perk about this place.

WOW, definitely bougiest Starbucks I have been to. In the lounge that is for «members of the Bay Club only» there is a lot of open seating, a variety of different sized tables and everything looks very visually appealing. There are also see through doors that get opened up, giving the lounge area a very open feel.

extremely bad customer service. Claimed that they are only partner to starbucks so they will not take rewards card from starbucks.

Super friendly and smily staff. Tried their tiramisu latte and it was so good. Was told it was sweet so i opted for 2 pumps. Also got steel cut oatmeal which was done perfectly. Not too watery or too thick, but $ 3 was a bit expensive for getting a cup of it. Other than that, the area was small considering that this starbucks shares the building with bay club so they get a big lounge area gor members only. Other than that, this starbucks was good.

I must second the recent one-​star review re: deplorable customer service. There is a young, heavy-​set female barista (maybe «Jen», the woman another reviewer singled out? They don’t wear uniforms or name tags) who is beyond rude and consistently so. While I was standing in line, she snapped at a nice woman who ordered a drink requiring some type of syrup («We’re out of that today, you’ll have to pick another drink!» — that’s verbatim), scoffed at another customer and told him she could get him hot water but he’d have to pay for it («We don’t give out free hot water here» — again, verbatim). You get the idea. It’s not the content of what she says (I’m sure they were out of syrup, they probably don’t give out free hot water to people won’t make free tea, whatever), it’s the abysmal delivery.
It’s almost worth coming just to see her in action. People in line look at each other in awkward disbelief. It’ll make you cringe but it’s entertaining…
I’m a Bay Club member and have been to this Starbucks countless times. I’ve witnessed this particular employee behave like this many times but today she was over the top and I felt compelled to Unilocal.
Frankly, the other employees aren’t great either. They aren’t overtly rude like the woman described above, but there are no thank you’s, rare smiles. Starbucks customer service is generally outstanding the world over, but this location is an extreme exception. Probably b/​c it’s independently run, connected to the Bay Club, dunno.
I’ll probably keep coming b/​c the lounge is nice and it’s super convenient. I just hope whoever is in charge of hiring and training reads the poor reviews. The team needs a major overhaul, retraining, better staffing (there are often only two baristas with a line out the door). It’s a complete mess.

The baristas are friendly and cool when you want to get some really complicated drink off their secret menu!
Also, they have a special right now where from 3−5pm it’s half off fraps and shaken ice tea~ offer ends the end of August 2014. Happily surprised because my special drink was nearly $ 7! Yay to half off fraps!
Another awesome perk about this location is they either have ½ off or buy one get one pastries after 5pm. Yayyy~
They are also connected to the bay club lounge which looks super awesome. It’s not enforced ²⁴⁄₇ so if it’s not busy nobody would kick you out!
This is definitely my favorite location!
Edit: pretty sure they only check when members complain/​ask the employees to check whether or not people in the lounge are members. Employees are nice about asking you to leave if you’re not a member.

Small but new. Having been in the area for other business i decided i needed my caffeine for the day. Got a large black iced tea to fire things off. The service is friendly but they inundated pretty hard and cant quite keep up during a rush
