Cafe Kush

Walking into this café definitely throws you of because you don’t realize that it’s placed in the middle or inside of a car wash shop sort of. The café is put in sort of like a plaza with other shops including a boba and small convenience store like. The café has a really small staff with open kitchen. The prices aren’t really worth it for the size that you pay for. My meal was like 6 bucks and it was considered as a small size. The meat to rice portion was very small. It was like a 1:4 meat ratio! The staff are also high and the food comes out slow. They also ran out of brown rice and didn’t let us know until the very end and then ended up just saying they had no more. The food also came super late. It took about 30 minutes to get food and it was not something worth the wait. Its like yoshinoya but set up on a pretty plate. This place is known to have stoner workers and they all work at a slow place. I wouldn’t come here again, but its great to try new places all the time!

Café kush… hm, makes you wonder if they lace their drinks… XD.
So I stumbled upon this place while eating inside of the kush restaurant. They were handing out free samples of strawberry and passion smoothies. It was pretty dang awesome so I decided to buy a smoothie.
I ordered a large strawberry and passion drink for $ 4.25 (kind of steep just like jamba juice). For some reason, it was a little bit too thick and hard to drink. Also, the flavor was a little bit too sweet for me. For some reason, the samples were easier to drink and not as sweet as the drink I ordered.
Overall, friendly service and they finish your drinks quickly. I see potential in this place.
