Cypress Pool Service & Repair

I left a bad review in Late July because they didn’t show up after I made an appointment for a pump repair. After receiving several apologies and promises to make it up to me, come out quickly to address my problem at a discount, I agreed to remove the review. I didn’t need them at the time as I was able to get the problem fixed.
Now, 3 and a half months later, I contacted Ben about another pump problem. After giving him more information, he decided he couldn’t help us our for several weeks. (I told him first off that this was not urgent as it just controls the cleaner, and it’s not the filter circulator). Apparently we’re not close enough to make it worthwhile for him. (He never considered it could turn into more future work?) Then maybe he should change the map graphic here, because it shows us very close to the home address. And definitely within his service area.
I will never call him again. Definitely not trustworthy. I certainly will not remove this review as others should be aware of my experiences while they make decisions on who to hire.

Highly recommend Cypress Pool Care 281−758−0832. There are other Cypress Pool companies so make sure you are calling the right one. Ben came out same day to give me an estimate on some repairs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I called 5 other places and they acted like could care less and said sometime next week. Refreshing to see someone who really cares about getting and keeping your buisiness. Highly recommend calling Ben for any of your pool needs.

Found Cypress Pool Care using the Unilocal App! Quick to respond for my request to clean a pool prior to the home being sold. Explained what to expect, kept me updated as the work was being done and emailed me the receipt. Understood the salt water pools filtration system and were a pleasure to work with. Will use them again in northwest Houston!
