We ordered our meals and ordered our fries without salt. After waiting for 20 minutes with no food, we finally asked. The manager, Natasha, dumped our fries in the trash when we asked if we could get our food. She had an attitude. Never apologized. We asked for our money back. Never an apology. Not one word from her. She should not be in a position to ever come in contact with people. Horrible service. Will not be back and will be posting this everywhere I can.

A few friends and I went to Burger King to get chicken fries around 11:50 when all their lights were on and they were clearly open. We pulled up to the drive thru and waited a couple minutes and there was no answer. We then pulled up to the window and again, nobody acknowledged that we were there. My friend called the store and a cashier answered the phone. We asked what time they closed and she replied, «midnight.» By this time it was about 11:55 so we said, «alright why isn’t anyone answering the drive thru or coming to the window?» And she replied, «we already shut down all the registers.» Confused, we asked«but you said you closed at midnight and it is 11:55 so why would you shut down the registers before closing time?» The manager got on the phone and said, «it’s midnight here,» and as we were sitting next to the drive thru window, turned all the lights in the restaurant off. Frustrated and hungry, we went to the Arby’s across the street and it was about 11:58. We pull up to the drive thru and a lovely young lady named Kristen gets on the intercom and asks us for our order. When we pull up to the window we asked what time they closed and she replied, «midnight.» We told her about our awful experience at Burger King and she replied, «oh no we can’t do that here!» I truly want to appreciate the Arby’s policy and congratulate the wonderful staff who helped fill our hungry tummies! Also, my friends and I will not be returning to Burger King.
