Five stars doesn’t say enough about this fantastic car service! ALWAYSPUNCTUAL, highly professional, kind, genuine staff, immaculate fleet, RELIABLE, always communicative, convenient, highly competitive rates(I know I’ll think of more later)! My first time to use A&Z was for a personal event… and I was wowed! When the Global company I work for was in search of a new car service for our executives, it was without question to call A&Z as our new corporate car service — what a gem of a company! I am elated that I found A&Z, as I’ve utilized quite a few others in town and was disappointed with their service(or lack thereof), poor quality fleet, over priced rates, etc. When I first called A&Z, Irene answered(first time I utilized A&Z), and I immediately felt comfortable & confident that they’d take great care of us — I was right. Irene, Zak and Solomon make an outstanding team — they are always communicating with one another, which is highly imperative, especially when we have last-minute requests. I HIGHLY recommend A&Z to everyone(and I’m very particular). Thank you A&Z — for making things/my job so much easier!

Zack and his team are dependable and courteous, we never use any other driver. We live in Addison Circle and travel often to both airports, sometimes I have to send a car for my wife who may be traveling alone — I only trust Zack to do this for me(us). We highly recommend Zack. We HIGHLY recommend this business, I don’t know what we’d do without them! We used A & Z for over two years now to pick my son from his private school. Zak, the owner, is very responsible, friendly and trustworthy. My son’s father and I both work full-time and we are unable to do car-pool duties, but we can trust Zak(or one of his associates) to be punctual, reliable and accountable. He will even call ahead to see if our son needs a ride. His rates are set and reasonable and he is great with kids; he has two of his own. We also use Zak for other transportation needs(auto repair rides, airport ride, etc.) because most importantly, he is incredibly quicker and cheaper than any taxi service and he knows the DFW area very well. Before you call a taxi, I would call A & Z!

A & Z is the terrific! We use them every time we travel to the Metroplex area since our move. We have used Zak and staff to handle drop off’s and pick ups from both airports, as well as all transportation needs for us while in the area. After moving from the metro area, we had a transportation issue arise with one of our kid, he did not drive and needed to have transportation 4 days a week to and from class. A & Z worked out a schedule and handled this task for us! I have been overwhelmed by the wonderful customer service and caring nature that was extended not just to us, but our family members, business associates who have used A & Z! Trustworthy, Dependable, Courteous, Honest are just a few of the many positive ways to describe A & Z Transportation. We will continue to use Zak and A & Z Transportation for all our transportation needs in the Dallas Metro Area!
