What a poor job! I made an appointment with The Dirt Doctor and «AAA Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning» came out to my house.
They were 4 hours late.
They were more interested in selling additional services than cleaning my carpet.
All they did was «power-​wash» my carpet. They squirted on cold water and vacuumed it off.
Any pre-​treatment would be extra.
Use of any detergent would be extra.
The completed my 2500 square foot house in 30 minutes and during half of that time, one of the guys was on his phone.
After they were finished, I asked about some of the stains. They said «that’s what the pre-​treatment was for».
They reminded me several times that the GroupOn price did not include their gratuity.
I had to avoid getting near one of the guys because of his bad body-​odor.
This was just a horrible experience and a waste of time & money.
