Grasi and Daisy are amazing! They did a fantastic job cleaning my entire apartment. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Do not use this company to clean your couch. They ruined a couch of mine.
I had the unfortunate case of having the couch cleaned before it went into a storage unit that was an inside A/​C controlled unit. I saw the streaks all over the couch and they said it was the water solvent they use and it will go away once the couch dried. I will admit it was my fault for taking their word as I had to immediately get the couch into storage after it was cleaned. I just pulled it out the other day and those streaks are still there. I cannot get them out. It had been year since the appointment so the company can’t insure it. I offered to produce the store unit receipts backing up to the date of the original purchase to verify my story. Plus, I’m an interior photographer and have photos of the couch before it was streaked. Meta data on the pictures to prove the dates. They didn’t even try to work with me.
I will fault myself for not double checking. However, if you have to double check a company’s work, they definitely aren’t worth their services.

They first cleaned my 1bed/​1 bath loft on December 16, 2011 and after I came home from work to see the magic they created I immediately signed up for bi-​weekly service.
It’s easy for me because I have a hectic schedule. With Walo, I do not need to be at home when they come to clean. I tell me building’s concierge to provide Walo with a key.
I was a little worried at first when I was looking for a maid service. Since I wouldn’t be at home while, who to trust was a huge deal and it’s extremely hard to find a reputable company with affordable prices. I trust Walo because of their great score on BBB. I called other BBB accredited maid services and they all wanted to charge me between $ 100-​$ 200. With Walo I only pay $ 65 every other week! That’s amazing for the quality, trustworthy service that they provide.
The customer service is also perfect. I sent them an e-​mail regarding my service and Carlos, the general manager, responded within the hour.
When I opened the door to my apartment it smelled incredibly fresh. Even my two cats were like ‘Where are we, where’s all our fur?!’.
Needless to say, I recommend Walo to anyone!
