I called ahead to let the store know we have 25 people coming. We were celebrating a birthday, but not having a birthday party. The store owner insisted that we would have to pay extra to have a birthday party at the store. We decided not to go. Guess they lost out. Not sure why we have to be charged extra to buy ice cream.

I grew up in this neighborhood and even worked at this B&R as my first job. It is sad to see this community mainstay being managed by such a crass person that clearly does not enjoy his business and takes such exception to his customers. It was ten minutes until they closed. Chairs on tables and by the fact that he was too busy washing dishes to turn around and acknowledge us in anyway, made it clear that as customers we were nothing short of a nuisance. Once I asked if we could order, he finally stopped washing dishes and grudgingly turned around and asked what we wanted. I ordered a banana Royale, and he went directly from washing dishes to grabbing and then peeling and slicing the banana. No gloves. I asked him nicely if he would mind washing his hands. He had the gall to argue with me that the water was clean and do were his hands. He gave them a cursory rinse and was back to the banana. My advice to this elderly Asian gentleman is that if you loathe the business and customers so deeply, sell the place and do something else. We endorse positivity in our community.

My kids love Baskin Robbins birthday cakes. It’s been a family tradition for every family member to get a BR ice cream cake for their birthday. The prepared choices are great and the staff writes the name of the birthday child on the cake while you wait. You can even buy candles for the cake!

I am giving this Baskin Robbins only two stars because the restaurant was filthy and the cones were stale. That being said, the owner was very nice and the staff was friendly. I originally went in for ice cream cupcakes witch they had signs about in the store, but I was very disappointed because they did not have them. Finally, it concerns me that the visible part of the place is so dirty, makes me wonder how the parts that customers can’t see look.

They don’t accept Baskin Robbins coupons. The single scoop seemed a little small. Have you seen the price of those cakes? I think I’ll go elsewhere in the future

When you walk into an ice cream shop, you shouldn’t be doused with the odors of dirty mop water and uncleaned bathrooms. The smell is almost too much to take in. It really ruins one’s craving for ice cream, which I suppose could be a good thing if you’re on a diet. The service is «meh,» the last time I was in, I ordered a 31 below soft serve ice cream with candy pieces in it and I wanted hot fudge on top. What I got instead was a tiny dot of something brown. it tasted like hot fudge, but please, I’m paying extra, so don’t act like it’s coming out of your own wallet!

it’s ice cream. rich and delicious ice cream. i usually don’t go out for this stuff since i prefer froyo and my own homemade ice cream. but my fiancée wanted the flavor of the month. it was some chocolate marshmallow fudge thing. but it was pretty damn awesome

Come on – who doesn’t LOVE ice-cream!!! I scream; you scream; we all scream for ice-cream! This is a fantastic Baskin-Robbins location. Usually I am not fired up about ‘chains,’ but in this case, this store has been owned by the same family for more than a generation. What’s great about this? It means that every time I walk into this Baskin-Robbins with my kids, they are known and greeted by the same proprietor. What also makes this location great(in addition to the super friendly service) is that the strip-center it’s in is conducive for walking. So in the evening you stroll through the shopping center seeing many friends. What’s your favorite flavor?

Free birthday ice cream. Low fat mint Oreo ice cream, at that. The guy was really busy but he was really nice and didn’t look at me with mean«stuff for free» eyes. He told me «Happy birthday!» and offered me a waffle cone. Not my go to place but yeayeayea birthday time.
